Pet friendly country cottage with large fenced-in yard & horses on property

  • Just a short drive from Charleston or Columbia is a relaxing little cottage just waiting for you. Looking for a mini vacation but don’t want to drive for hours? Get out of the traffic of I-95 and enjoy the slow pace as well, or if you are coming in for a family reunion, wedding or any other reason, we’ve got just what you need. Our Little Red Cottage has two bedrooms, one bath and is fully stocked with all your needs. Plush bedding, full size kitchen and lots of little extras to make you want to stay even longer. Watch the deer cross the horse pasture daily from the kitchen window or sit on the front porch with your morning coffee and enjoy it all. The front yard is fully fenced and the cottage is pet friendly, so you are welcome to bring your fur babies with you. It's a great place for the dogs to stretch their legs and play safely while traveling. We have over 160 acres of planted pines and trails, so just let us know if you want to get out and walk the trails (weather permitting). Book your stay soon!

Perfect place to stay. We loved seeing the horses and walking on the property. Our pup enjoyed the fenced in yard. Beds are comfortable and Host was always responsive.

We love staying here. Everything you need is supplied. No stress , no check out chores to do, just rest relax and go. We stay here on our long drives on 95, this place is perfect. Kay is awesome. So nice.

the “little red cottage” was the perfect place to stay here in Holly Hill!! From wonderful communication by Kay, the hostess” from booking day to beautiful horse pasture beside house to the home having all the things you may not bring (good coffees, creamers, pancake mix ready in refrigerator with butter and syrup, toiletries, you name it) Super clean, comfortable and a wonderful lil spot to have in town!!!!

We had the most amazing stay!! House was even nicer than pictures showed and beds were super comfy!! Host provides tons of amenities and the outdoor space is an amazing bonus! We would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at the cottage and it was great just like last time. It has everything we needed and is super clean. Grand daughter loved making s’mores around fire. Host has excellent communication. Will Definetly be back

What an awesome find. This cottage was just ideal. So clean inside, had everything you would need in the kitchen and essentials in the bathroom. Loved the fenced yard for our dog and the fire pit was added bonus! I can't turn down a camp fire. This cottage was a much better option than a hotel room. Waking up and seeing horses outside the window was amazing. Will definitely book here again for our return trip to Florida.

The cottage is perfect for what we need, especially for our fur babies. The fenced in yard is a plus. It's clean. Check in was easy. Kay has thought of everything one would need to feel right at home. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

This little cottage was clean, relaxing and provided all of our needs for an overnight stay.The fenced in area was great for my cousin’s little dog. The beds were comfortable and the provided coffee was a nice addition to our morning wake up. I will recommend this cute cottage to all of my friends.
