"Great location and top unit with ocean view. The apartment itself has older features and basic amenities but is clean and does the job for a beach trip. Bunk beds are good for small kids. The rental company responds very quickly and thoroughly to any questions!"

"I have been going to HHI 2 or 3 times a year for 25 yrs. Folly Field is my favorite location. This property was the perfect location for access to pool and beach. I do not normally stay on first floor in any property in Hilton Head because I can’t see the ocean. This unit provided both and the fact that it had access from the balcony to get to pool and beach.
