Stunning Dripping Springs Camp Starlight - there was ample accommodations for our group of 8 ladies. The house was well appointed and clean. There are many activities outside for an active group to participate in. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating to our messages and requests for help. Thank you!!!

I stayed her for my bachelorette party with 12 of my friends and had the best time. We hung out in the pool, played pickle ball and lounged around the house. The space feels so much bigger than it looks online and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware so we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. I am already thinking about booking the house again for a family trip!

Great for groups

We loved our stay in this home. It was clean and well stocked. The only thing we wished for was for 1 more bathroom. Also, the listing says 4 king beds, but 1 bedroom was not a king.

Great location and amenities

All the amenities were great for our group (young kids). Enjoyed location as well. Kitchen could've been more equipped and pool heating was somewhat of an inconvenience but overall great stay.

Ideal house and fun backyard

Great house, amazing backyard that kept us entertained for days. We never ran out of stuff to do with all of the activities in the backyard. Nicely kept house and stocked with lots of fun things. Furnishings are comfortable and in good condition. House has a nice layout to it as well. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing House!

This house is perfect for families. Our kids were occupied the entire stay with the wide range of activities in the yard. The house had everything we needed. My children are already talking about staying here again. The remote to the spa didn't work for us, but the property manager was able to quickly control it remotely for us. So friendly, too.

Great place but definitely a business

The property is very nice and the listing is accurate. But we definitely didn’t feel welcomed from the start. The company that hosts the property did not allow us to check in an hour and a half early without charging a fee (even though we asked the day of our arrival and it was available). For the record, every other property our family stayed at this weekend were extremely accommodating. Once we arrived, we were contacted 3 times to make sure we understood we were expected to keep the noise level down before any noise was made. We had driven a Uhaul with items for our daughter's wedding the following day (at a different location) and it appeared the company was watching closely as they felt they had to harass us and make sure we understood their policies. Later in the evening, there was an issue with the gate that caused the alarm to go off. We were able to get it working without further issues and the alarm stopped and therefore, didn't feel the need to contact the property. Yep...still received a text saying they were sending someone over if we didn't respond. All in all, this is managed by a business who is watching your every move and is only interested in nickle and diming any guests. Good luck!

Chaotic comfort

Don't get me wrong—the place was nice! It was just incredibly difficult to get the hot tub to turn on. The multiple remotes in the house turned on TVs, changed channels, and turned on the light and fan in other rooms, which was extremely frustrating. The water dispenser ran out the first day, and there were no backup water jugs. Other than that, the place was really nice.

Great property for kids/ families across from camp Lucy

Everything was as described. Fun house. Perfect for kids. The only thing that was not ideal was that this property is managed by a 3rd party management company and within the first 24 hrs we thought we had a change of plans. VRBO stated they would not honor their first 24hr cancellation policy. On top of that the mgt co called multiple times for a copy of my drivers license after they had charged the full amount to my credit card saying they would not take a credit card without a photo id. Clearly they ran the card… was just annoying more than anything. It’s right across the street from camp Lucy where we were attending a wedding, so is ideal for events there.its a ranch style home that’s been redone w new finishes and tons of outdoor activities.

Perfect family vacation spot

This place is awesome! Our family consisted of 8 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space and plenty of activities to entertain everyone without leaving the property. The beds were super comfy! Check-in was easy and the communication was top notch. We called one night from the pool to ask how to turn the pool light on and within minutes, they turned it on remotely. (We didn’t know there was a device in the kitchen that controlled the pool features.) No need to bring much. The property already has pickleball equipment, golf clubs, golf balls, basketball, some pool toys, etc.There were even plenty of beach towels. We take a family vacation every summer with the kids and grandkids and we all agree this was our favorite! We are already making plans to return!

Wonderful property for a family

A beautiful, extremely clean, easy-to-stay property in a prime location. We loved staying at this comfortable home that also featured top amenities. The management team was incredibly responsive to a few issues that arose - They were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. We'd 100% stay at this property again and have already recommended it to friends as it could easily host 2-3 families comfortably with space.

The Perfect family/dog friendly Hill Country stay

Finding a stylish, well-appointed house is one thing. Finding one that has also been thoughtfully curated with lots of fun experiences is rare. This house has it all indoors and out. Even the adult’s couldn’t resist bouncing on the in-ground trampoline, repurposing their tennis skills on the pickle board court, taking cold plunges to then quickly dip into the hot tub. And our dog seemed to be in dog heaven with so much open space to romp through. We enjoyed four idyllic days there and loved everything about our stay.
