"Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service."

The place was very clean, very cozy, and I made so many friends with the local staff and especially everyone in the restaurant underneath the villa, La Lunita. It is outstanding! "We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .....

"The property was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It is great to be so close to see and hear the water right from the condo. We loved snorkeling in Half Moon Bay and Yal Ku. The location is perfect - a nice walk to everything in Akumal. The sargassum seaweed was just starting to pile up - hopefully nature will help it subside in the coming years. "Villas de Rosa was as advertised. Our stay was excellent and the daily housekeeping was great. Tony is always there for anything you need. Room, pool and Beach Service was a added plus! It’s a little ways to town, but that keeps it nice and quiet. A hr walk or the collectivo are inexpensive ways to town. The taxis are expensive, but it’s the same up and down the east coast."
