Great for our friend group trip

We enjoyed our stay! The house has so many bedrooms and well taken care of. We did have some issues with the AC and refrigerator not cooling but the host was very responsive and had technicians come to look at it very promptly. We really appreciated our time here and would stay again!

Bachlorette

I hosted my bachelorette party at this property, and while the house and rooms were clean upon arrival, that’s where most of the positives end. The pool was filthy when we got there — clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained before our stay. The gate to enter the property was broken, and none of the door locks worked properly, which is a huge safety concern.Things only got worse. The host sent a property manager to fix the locks, but he showed up unannounced and walked right into the house — while 12 women were inside. That is completely unacceptable and honestly frightening. Then the locks broke again, and yet another man showed up. At least he called to warn us he was coming, but this was only the case since I reached out to the host multiple times about this. As if that wasn’t enough, the host decided to install a hot tub in the middle of our stay, sending six more men onto the property — again, only telling me about it after I reached out to ask what was going on.This house is not in a particularly safe neighborhood, so the fact that strangers kept coming and going made the entire weekend feel incredibly unsafe. I strongly caution others — especially groups of women — from booking this property.

Wedding Weekend

A large group of us stayed at this property for 4 nights while attending a wedding in Jupiter. The house(s) were perfect for our group. Check in was a breeze and everything was as stated on the website. The house was well stocked and very clean. We had plenty of room to stretch out and really used the outside deck & pool area. The pool was very dirty when we arrived and we were not able to use it. I reached out to Rivkah and she had someone there the next day by 1. Our only complaint would have been that it was ready when we arrived so as to be able to enjoy it right away.A few other things were brought to Rivkahs attention and all were fixed. The “compound” as we liked to call it was secluded from the neighborhood around it. Like anything else it’s definitely a mixed neighborhood of homes. Very close to everything and a quick drive to the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent again.

Great stay minus two things

Great place! Fit our family very well for Xmas holiday. We enjoyed the space, the patio, BBQ, etc. Only two little things - 1) the water heater for the pool never worked so the pool was cold the entire trip despite the listing saying the pool would be heated. 2) there was a note when we checked in saying not to use any of the comforters. But there were no other blankets in the entire house to use. Pretty odd request especially in winter time when it actually gets chilly outside.

Perfect for our needs

Six families had plenty of room and private space. We wanted a place where we could all be together and not separated in six hotel rooms. Very secluded when gates are closed. Wonderful outdoor pool area.
