"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The breakfast was homemade and delicious everyday! We went Memorial Day Weekend and it was a bit hot. It would have been amazing to have a fan in the room but we understand the architecture of the place. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. It was also great the televisions had streaming apps for when we had down time. It was a phenomenal place to celebrate our engagement! "

"The history of the house and the Captains Row area is great for history buffs. The Inn Keepers have decorated and preserved the home with furniture and decor as I would expect for the period. Hats off to them as a home of this age and size must need constant attention. Close to the beaches and dining in Osterville and Hyannis. First day, at breakfast, we asked for a little bit of bread and her response was "we don't have bread, we do not typically serve bread but exceptionally I will bring you one English Muffin" (and it was ONE) Second day her husband was serving breakfast which was a pancake with tones of syrup and cooked apples on top. "The Tern Inn was perfect for our 3-day stay in West Harwich! Friendly and helpful hosts, delicious breakfasts, bikes for guest use (but no helmets, so bring your own). Our room in one of the cottages was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! "

"Hosts are lovely and helpful while not intrusive. Room is nicely appointed with comfortable king bed with small but adequate bath and shower. Old house is very quaint. Use of refrigerator helpful.
