"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...

"Our group of 11 loved this property! Having separate buildings was great for some privacy. The game barn was an absolute gem. We enjoyed hanging out there and playing pool and games. The main house is beautiful annd well stocked. All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We could have used an extra blanket or two, but truly we had no complaints. The house was spotless, everything was comfortable and just as described. Management was helpful with the couple questions I had."

"This property is an outstanding vacation home! The house was very accommodating and had an amazing array of amenities. It was very close to a nice beach and a short drive to other attractions. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. "We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!"

"The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. Clear instructions prior to arrival. So peaceful to sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing, read a book, just hang out and relax. Main Street is a couple blocks away from the cottage really cute town. Thank you Tom and Kerrie will definitely stay again next time we visit Cape Cod!! :)"
