While the condo was nice and situated well for a girlfriends get away, the cigarette smoke that filled the condo from the chain smoking neighbor, who is a permanent resident, meant we had to deal with second hand smoke from 4am until midnight everyday. We reported the issue only to be told that we needed to figure out where the smoke was coming from. After reporting which unit and supplying pictures, we kept getting the "next day" solution run around. It wasn't until we met another condo owner in the building that we understood this has been an ongoing issue and that there wouldn't be any relief during our stay. Our original request was for the host to help us find another rental since I was having allergic reactions. We were only patient since we were told there would be immediate action taken. The part that was omitted is that this was a known problem and no action would create better air quality during our stay or the ability to actually enjoy the balcony. It's not that a problem happened... it's that nothing was done to actually improve our stay. I would not recommend a stay here or using this host.
