"Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! "

He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. "This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended."

"The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area "
