Your hosts Claudia and Bruno welcome you to a true haven of softness, peace and tranquility, just 10 minutes by car from the city of Carcassonne.

Located in the charming village of Trèbes, rated 5 stars and 4 ears of corn (Gîtes de France), and only 45 minutes from Narbonne-Plage, this fully renovated and fully equipped home has been designed with every detail focused on rest, comfort and well-being. Nestled in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards and crossed by the peaceful Canal du Midi, Trèbes is an ideal base to explore the rich local heritage. Just a few minutes from the famous Medieval City of Carcassonne, you can also enjoy many outdoor activities: cycling along the canal, hiking in the Montagne Noire, wine tasting and visiting nearby cellars and vineyards, water sports on Lake Cavayère, as well as restaurants along the Canal du Midi and its barges.

You will stay in a very quiet location, close to all amenities. The fully air-conditioned house offers:

An entrance opening into a modern and comfortable living room with armchairs, a large TV and a pellet stove. Open fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, a few Nespresso pods and tea).
A veranda overlooking the garden, featuring a reversible billiard/dining table, motorized awning, comfortable lounge chair and chaise longue for resting, reading or enjoying a drink, all air-conditioned. In the living room, there is also a dartboard for enjoyable family or friends’ moments, a large TV, a coffee table for aperitifs or coffee, and a reading corner with a chaise longue.
A separate toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, complimentary laundry pods, storage space, bicycles for men, women and children with child seat, baby carrier and helmets provided free of charge.
A high chair, folding baby bed and changing table are also available free of charge.

Upstairs:

A bedroom with two 80 cm electric beds that can be joined into a 160 cm double bed, with TV, wardrobe and air conditioning.
A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning.
A suite with a 160 cm bed, air conditioning, TV, walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet, with shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer provided.
A bathroom with shower cabin, vanity unit, storage, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer at no extra cost.
A separate toilet.

In front of the house, there is a gated courtyard with a secure parking space, or parking available directly in front of the house.

At the rear, a landscaped garden with artificial grass welcomes you, offering:
a dining area with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, a leisure area with an above-ground swimming pool (6.10 x 3.60 m, depth 1.20 m, secured with a removable ladder), sun loungers and mattresses, a ping-pong table and various games. In a chalet, a wellness space with a jacuzzi allows you to relax, with essential oil diffuser and bathrobes provided for a pure moment of relaxation after a day discovering Carcassonne and the surrounding area, at no extra cost.

The entire property is fully enclosed.

Please note: the accommodation is not equipped for electric vehicle charging.

Any excessive consumption of water or electricity may be charged at the end of the stay; however, a generous daily electricity allowance is included, so there is no need to worry.

A welcome basket will be offered to celebrate the beginning of your stay in the Aude region.

Pets are not allowed. Bath towels, bed linen and household linen are included. Parties are not permitted.
