I highly recommend this property. The house is in a great location near to Lake Sumter Landing Square. The property owners were very helpful in providing all the information we needed. The house is very clean and well equipped.

Very nice place

Was fleeing from hurricane melton with some children whose parents are 1st responders and had to work the storm. Jeff the care taker allowed us to come a little early so we would not have to wait for check in time , I really appreciated his flexibility, says a lot about how they manage the property and the people your renting from. It was a very nice place stay would stay with them again

Great location as it is so close to everything. Jeff is a fine person to communicate with and attentive to renters needs. CYV is very adequate with everything needed for a fun stay. Home is somewhat dated, but comfortable and enjoyable.

Relaxing visit!

We have stayed in this home a few times. So close to everything! I love cable instead of all these other streaming chanels. Everything you need is in this hone. Feels like home! Jeff, the host is the best!

Nice location at the villages

The house was comfortable and clean. The pool was not far and the downtown was close by. We cooked a meal one evening for six and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The owner was just a phone call away. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and everything you would need

This is a great place to stay and Jeff and company had gone way beyond what was expected. The house is in great shape and very close to all the action in Lake Sumter Landing. The golf cart was a big bonus. All the instructions are what to do and where to go were greatly appreciated.

Great Property!

I highly recommend this property. The friendliness of the owner, the quick response to any questions, cleanliness, and the location was second to none. The whole process was easy, zero stress and allowed us to concentrate on enjoying our vacation. If you want to stay in a great accommodations and be close to Sumpter Landing I highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location, great house layout!

My wife and I stayed for multiple weeks on a working vacation. The internet performed fine and we were both able to work without issues. The house layout allowed us to both work and attend virtual meetings without interfering with each other. All appliances worked well. The golf cart was a lot of fun and used very little gas (less than $6 to fill it back up!). The 4 seasons room was a great place to hang out. Everything in the house was fully functional. We really enjoyed the location, so close to Sumter landing! We drove the golf cart many times to Sumter landing, multiple mornings to Lake Miona rec center to swim laps, and also to Palmer Legends to hit balls at the driving range. All of the restaurants were good, no wait (of course this is summer time), great service, and wonderful food. We can't wait to move here in the next few years and continue taking in all there is to offer! Jeff was non-intrusive, very attentive whenever we had questions, and really easy to work with. I would definitely rent from him again!

Wonderful home for our trip!

This was a great place for my mother and I to stay in the Villages. Close to everything at Lake Sumpter and the golf cart was perfect to get around the area. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen, towels, comfy bedrooms. The house was very roomy with a lot of space to spread out and relax. Great communication with Jeff and a really easy check-in and checkout process. I would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit in the future! Thank you!
