"The unit itself was good, large enough for the 4 of us and layout was perfect as it was a couple and two others who had the spare room with their own beds. I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day. "the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."

"The resort itself was nice, and the kitchen staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, there were a few things that took away from the overall experience. I expressed several times to the front desk that we had a leak in our bathroom, as well as an issue with our clothes being washed, but unfortunately, neither concern was properly addressed. I was disappointed that after bringing these issues to their attention multiple times, there was little follow-up. I was also expecting the beach to be cleaner and more enjoyable. We actually ended up traveling elsewhere to find a nicer part of the beach. If you’re planning to spend most of your time at the resort enjoying the amenities, I think it’s a good option. However, if having a beautiful beach is a major part of your vacation, I would keep in mind that the beach here may not meet your expectations. Overall, we had some good moments during our stay, but there are definitely areas where the resort could improve, particularly with guest service and maintenance."

"El trato del personal en todo momento fue bueno, no hubo inconvenientes. El sabor de la comida bien, a pesar de quedarnos 4 noches, solo nos dieron dos noches para restaurantes de especialidad. No hubo razón del porque, por todo lo demás no tengo queja. Volvería en un futuro."

"Todo en general bien, solo tuve problemas con la habitación, llegamos y tenía goteras por el aire acondicionado y no enfriaba mucho, lo reporte y repararon sin embargo la habitación estaba extremadamente húmeda y con olor a humedad, tuvieron que mandar u deshumidificador que si ayudo más si había mucha humedad. Se portaron muy bien buscando soluciones aunque si fue incómodo"
