"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel me gusta la recepción al llegar ya que tiene valet parking, y si llegas temprano encuentras un restaurante para comer eso se agradece cuando vienes desde el aeropuerto, Salvador de la playa nos salvó el día ya que en esta ocasión si había zargazo y nos ofreció un espacio en la alberca, lo cual disfrutamos bastante, la comida en su restaurante bien solo una observación en el tepanyaqui que la gerencia atendió "

"No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. "

"This home is different from a typical VRBO as it is actually part of a hotel. They do not list that guest from the hotel may be sitting at the chairs in front of your house at any given time of the day. Upon arrival, we were given a brief tour of the home. There were no towels in the bathroom Instead, a stack of bath only towels in the living room. There were no bath mats, washcloths or hand towels. "This home felt like a private getaway mansion tucked in the jungle of Mexico. The modern touches made it even more special—an iPad in the kitchen let us play music and change the light colors and the beautiful projector setup made family movie nights fun. The drive in can be a bit bumpy and confusing at first, but just follow the signs. Remember the landmarks to entrance : Yax- kin cenote post and “Roberto” the welcome mannequin on the side of highway. Enjoy the jungle experience. "

"Frank the owner was extremely helpful kind and patient. He got back to me immediately abt any questions or concerns. Yobany the manager & his wife Edith were very nice and helpful. The house is right on the bay. It’s a gorgeous view- we got some beautiful pictures. Unfortunately we went during sargassum season & the whole Caribbean was suffering but we went in some awesome cenotes which were very much enjoyed. All in all a great vacation.
