Where do I start!? This was the absolute worst Vrbo experience EVER! Before we arrived, I reached out to the host to verify a couple of things, NO RESPONSE. After being on the road for almost 5 hours, we arrived, and there was NO PARKING. This was not disclosed to us. We message the host about this, and again, there is NO RESPONSE. This unit was a smoke-free listing. However, after we got inside, it smelled heavily of cigarettes. We walked through the unit and immediately noticed more issues. This wasn't the same unit from the listing. The sheets were stained. The remote controls had no batteries or didn't work, period. The bathroom door was coming off the frame, which made it difficult to close. There is BLACK mold growing inside the bathroom on the floor. There was more mold on the shower curtain. It was also very stained and absolutely disgusting. The tub wasn't cleaned and very dingy. Of course, I reached out to the host numerous times about this, and you guessed it, NO RESPONSE. We contacted Vrbo customer service, and they attempted to get in touch with the host as well. Like me, they were unsuccessful. They gave me a case number and said they would follow up. Sadly, it was too late to find somewhere else to go, so we were forced to stay one night. We went to a nearby Walmart to purchase sheets and cleaning products. We left early the next morning. We asked for a partial refund since we checked out early, no response. DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY OF THEIR LISTINGS.
