The reservation process was easy, and I was provided with detailed instructions for getting to and accessing the property. The tiki bar by the pool was amazing! Pool was warm but small and there was not enough seating. Resort is right on the water and the views and sunsets were stunning. There is no beach - the shoreline is all rocks. But they created a man-made sandy area where you can sit, play, or have a bonfire at the water's edge. All that said, there are a couple reasons why I only give the property 4 stars. First, the unit is a bit tired. The appliances are very old and worn: rusty dishwasher, garbage disposal that made a horrible sound. There was a gross, rusty soap dispenser at the sink that was falling apart. There was no screen door on the balcony to keep the bugs out, and the alignment of the balcony door was a bit messed up so at first I couldn't get it to lock. Maintenance came out and drilled at something for 20 seconds and said it works. But it was still really difficult to get it to lock. Second, I did not like the fact that the main door to the unit had no secondary lock - no deadbolt, no chain. Anyone with the door code could walk right in. Since I was traveling with only another female, I did not feel secure and ended up wedging one of the bar stools against the door every night. Third, the unit was not well-stocked: not enough tall glasses, bowls, or silverware, no potholders, no scissors, no pen or paper, no kitchen towel, no Kleenex, e.g.

I always stay at Sailport when I come to Tampa and have generally had great experiences, which is why I wanted to share some honest feedback from this visit.Unfortunately, this room was not as clean as I have come to expect. The pull-out sofa had noticeable blood stains, to the point that I did not feel comfortable sleeping on it. There was also leftover food in the refrigerator from a prior guest. In the bedroom, the sheets had hair on them, and the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke.I wanted to bring this to your attention because Sailport has always been my go-to, and this experience was disappointing compared to previous stays.

Nice property and location. The home could use a deep thorough cleaning as the floors and baseboards were pretty dirty. The dishwasher did not work and the rear slider would not lock. The property is in nice proximity to many local attractions and was sufficient for our needs. Very comfortable bed with great pillows.

Great place to stay while in the Tampa area. Place was clean, comfortable and as advertised. The tiki bar by the pool is awesome, good food and drinks. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property!

Everything was perfect! Except there was no way to bake any food, which I reached out to the property owner about several times but never received a baking sheet. Kind of a downer because we had grocery shopped for the time we were going to be there and ended up having to throw away food :-( other than that we had an excellent time :-)

The location was great, easy in and out of the neighborhood. The community is quiet and safe. The condo is older and can use a little bit update, but for a short family trip escaping the winter, this is within expectation. We would recommend it.

The condo has everything we needed-the bay view, beach park nearby and homelike experience. Host communication was very clear so check in and the stay was very smooth. The place has quiet surroundings while very secure.

Long weekend getaway

Great trip, great location, close to everything. Our trip was after the second hurricane so the property wasn't in the best shape but the condo was great. Pros: Location Check in and out was easy Condo was clean and comfortable Great view from the balcony. Cons: Strong cleaning supply smell , too much pinesol Internet was weak cause the living room TV to fade in and out and the guide not to work Fire alarm at 3am wasn't fun but. It sure who to blame for that Overall great stay and would book again.

Great Stay in Page

We had a wonderful stay in Paige. The home is clean, well taken care of and well appointed. There were even board games available for use. We had 1 issue upon checking in, but they were very quick to respond and resolve it. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would absolutely stay again. The only (very small) recommendation I would make, would be to add mirror in the bedrooms. Three of the rooms share a single bathroom, so having a mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful.
