The Lake house is very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen is the most well stocked of all the places we have stayed in.The hosts were eager to make our stay enjoyable.There is a Welcome book that is very well organized and informative. Before you do anything else, look at the Welcome book. It will save you some time looking for markets, fun stuff, etc.We started everyday on the lanai with coffee , watching the waterfowl, listening to birds, and enjoying the view. The lake was like glass most days. There were a pair of sandhill cranes that visited almost daily, sometimes spending the day with us. The sunsets were phenomenal. And although we didn’t use it on our visit, there is a fire pit where you can spend evenings near the lake enjoying the night air and friendship. The lake house also has corn hole, kayaks, and fishing poles. The lake is spring fed and its colors change with the morning light. Beautiful
