Everything was perfect!

Our family decided to take a trip to Tampa for a Florida vacation away from the big crowds. I was not familiar with the city enough to know where to stay and came across the Hyde Park area and this rental property. I highly rely on reviews and wanted to make sure I paid it forward. The communication from Sarah was beyond amazing from the moment I booked the property. When we arrived check in was a breeze and the house even impressed my 14 year old boy. Everything was spotless and it was so nice that many staples were included saving us time and money shopping. I will say the Publix up the street is in walking distance and a very nice store. Many bars and restaurants are close to walk to or a short drive. We drove to Busch Gardens and the water park a few times along with the zoo and aquarium which all took about 20-30 minutes. When the daily storm came through we had fun games to play inside. I can't say how happy we were with our visit. Sarah even called me to help me with a few questions. I would definitely recommend renting here.

Hyde Park favorite

Everything went simply from the beginning. Love the decor and location! Clean. Safe neighborhood. Hosts were very attentive. We will definitely stay here again:)

Lived up to prior reviews

The historic ratings on this property caught my attention, so I booked it. From that point forward Sarah and Matt were both proactive and very responsive in their communications, providing general household and neighborhood information as well as answering a few one-off questions. The home ‘lives’ very well for multiple couples or a family. We never felt crowded and could always find a place to gather or to work independently. The Hyde Park Village area is lovely - walkable and offers a variety of eating and higher end shopping options. Access to downtown Tampa was easy - perfect for our needs attending the NCAA Women’s Final Four basketball! Definitely recommend this property for others’ consideration.

Great Tampa House!!!

The property was perfect for our family stay in Tampa to attend a wedding at The Edition. The house is beautiful and immaculate and so well appointed with everything that could possibly be needed. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with and friendly and responsive and gracious. We will certainly not hesitate to stay here again!!

Perfect stay

Beautiful townhouse in quiet neighborhood! Our host could not have been nicer! Restaurants & grocery store all within walking distance! Hyde Park Village less than a 15 minute walk with amazing shops & restaurants! Definitely will stay here again!

Awesome spot

Came down to tampa for a quick guys sports weekend and chose this spot to be close to everything. Can walk to bars and restaurants and everyone in the area seemed very nice. The process of the house was easy and convenient. Highly recommend to all

Great rental home in S Tampa

Very comfortable, clean home within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops on S Howard and in Hyde Park Village and longer walk or short drive to downtown Tampa. Owners are friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for our long weekend in Tampa. The house was well furnished and extremely clean. It has everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, close to downtown, and there were tons of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Hyde Park getaway

My wife and I decided to do a last minute getaway a couple hours from home and landed at the SOHO vacation retreat. Let me first say the place was PERFECT! We could not ask for a better location. We got up every morning and had a few fantastic coffee/breakfast spots to choose from just a short walk away. Also just a ten minute walk was Hyde Park village with tons of nice shops and restaurants. We actually visited this area twice and enjoyed some great meals and shopping. Speaking of location everything was just short drive. We visited the Riverwalk district in downtown Tampa, the International Mall, and several antique shops and all were just a 5 to 10 minute drive away. One day we to a ventured out about 20 minutes to St. Pete and visited the Dali museum and explored the art district there. It was just about as perfectly located as you could get. The town home was spotless. Definitely the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It had everything you could think of and it seemed to be all brand new. I would say the highlight of the stay was dealing with the host. They were soooo nice and wanted to make sure our stay was over the top. If you are trying to decide between a few you have stored in your trip board save yourself the anguish and stay here. Did I say perfect? Thank you for providing an exceptional place to stay and we are already talking about our next trip back.

Great property in a Great location

The house was recently remodeled and beautiful. Very comfortable for 6 of us and very clean. The location couldn’t have been better as it was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The owners were always available and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun time in Tampa.

Did not disappoint - 10/10

House was exactly as it posted…Perfect - location in the middle of everything, ease to airport 10 mins, downtown Tampa waterfront 4 mins…Couldn’t have been better…Host was very helpful and the property looked like it was just built…Technology and household supplies all throughout…Really felt like a home away from home…10/10

Great location! Beautiful townhome!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tampa at this beautiful townhome. The location is ideal! We walked to restaurants, Hyde Park and easily walked to the bay. The home was clean, really well-stocked and perfect for our group of 5. There isn't much outdoor space, just a little deck off the kitchen but the inside is so nice it wasn't a problem. The owners were so nice and responsive...we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Tampa!

Spacious, Tampa condo

My family and I stayed at this property during Gasparilla race weekend. A spacious condo in Hyde Park with 3 separate levels of bedrooms, living spaces, and an enviable kitchen. Walking distance to the places you want to be. Would stay again!

Family reunion

Perfect Get Away Home!

We rented this well-appointed home for a family wedding plus a mini vacation. Everything from Check in to Check out was perfect. Sarah, the owner is very easy to get in touch with for any questions and already has most questions answered before you can think of them. There is a guest book with all pertinent info. The house was super clean and cozy. We fell in love with the neighborhood which was safe and very walkable. In walking distance to some great places to eat and grab coffee. We will definitely be back!!
