Worst experience ever!
Everything went smoothly till we entered the residence and were greated with fumes that smelled like airplane glue, the fumes made us have a headache, we tried to get rid of the fumes but since all the windows are glued shut and there are no screens on the door we had to leave the doors open and sit outside,when that did not work we called the owner and he said he would send his cleaning lady over, she came washed the window that had been replaced and said the place was clean, i tried to explain the place was not dirty it was the fumes we could not tolerate, asked if they could bring fans ‘ yes the owner got back to us, no fans, he was upset that we had the doors open with air conditioner on and said there was no problem with the fumes, even though he did not come over and check it himself??we asked a neighbor to come and check the fumes he walked in and said” oh i know that smell it’s construction glue, i know cause i work construction!long story short, we had to leave and since there were almost no vacancies had to pay an extra 700$ to have a place to sleep!
We will never rent from VBRO cause they offered us 100$ a joke! And said they had already paid the guy and could not help us!
Do not rent from this guy ! He takes your money and runs!
