Our average rating of this rental is a low 3.We rate communication as a 1. First of all, after driving straight through for 20 hours from north Texas, we arrived early the morning of our check-in day for the funeral of a family member, and tried to contact the representative through VRBO messages for an earlier arrival, as spelled out in their online manual. The response, 7 hours later, was a canned response telling us that the online manual provides all the information on check-in. When I pointed out the manual allows a change in check-in time if you contact them, I got no response at all. Your representative needs to read the online manual. Secondly, after getting settled in the house, we left and returned later to find the doorknob was locked and opening the door with the keypad didn't work, so we were locked out.  We called the representative and got no answer, but kept calling until someone finally answered the phone. She said she would try to find someone with a key to let us in. Over two hours later a relative of the home owner met us and jimmied the doorknob, which was not set up for a key, and was finally able to get it open. Turned out the doorknob was damaged and needed to be replaced and he said that would happen that day or the next morning. I was told we weren't the first to be locked out this way.Our review is continued in the photos.

Clean house, cool screened in patio, nice neighborhood, the beds are not for tall people. I am 6’6” and my feet were hanging off. Beds were loud and uncomfortable. Still a nice stay. Easy checkout.

Great location, cute little place.

Easy access with garage key, house is cozy. I enjoy the covered patio, but the patio furniture could be a bit more sturdier, too tiny and Walmart bought, just threw off the beauty in the enjoyment. Bedroom doesn’t have light switches not so convenient, have to walk through the dark to get to the lamp. Overall, we are happy with our stay, the owner is very prompt and helpful,

Very clean property

This property served our needs for a short stay visiting friends. Very clean and well layed out. Note that the description did say toiletries provided and they were not and it also said coffee and tea provided. There was a tin of coffee in the cupboard with an expiration date of 2016. Beds were squeaky but didn’t keep us awake. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property / Hosts

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Luxz Living LLC took really good care of me and my family in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was AMAZING. Very Clean, updated, and with a luxurious feel. The beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed the king size bed in master. Both showers in the bedrooms were very nice too. Nice finishing s in both. Our stay was definitely a home away for home. Size was perfect for a single family, two couples, or wanting to hang out with a couple of friends. Not to mention the nice size closed in backyard with privacy fence, gazebo, and very cute patio furniture. All in all this property was exactly what we were hoping for.
