"Excellent stay. It’s comfortable, convenient and had great service.
I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place New Taipei. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out.
The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city.
What really stood out was the service....

"We got 5 rooms, and we were placed in different floors so we experienced them all. Nice and clean rooms. Appreciated that each room has a nice bath tub which came useful for the cold weather and long walks every day (we stayed in the hotel for 8 days!)
No frills hotel but love it! Value for money.
Love that it is quite near a 7-11 which sells all kind of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Xintian train station is walkable. Easy to get Uber too. "
