"This is a great base for the more independent traveller. The rooms are large and clean with a kitchen area and a washing machine. The pool is great to do lengths. The staff are very friendly and responsive. This is slightly away from the MTR and the neighbourhood is ery typical with plenty of shops and great value restaurants. For a visitor who has just arrived a hotel may be an easier option but if you are slightly more adventurous I recommend Gloria Residence "

"We were 2 couples that stayed 2 nights, and we wished we had been able to stay longer. The views were incredible, the living spaces were clean, orderly, and well-maintained, and Jon was a lovely host that was very responsive and helpful. "One of the best central locations in for a stay in Taipei - the apartment was very spacious and quiet and very handy to a mall which is literally 9 floors below you. We especially enjoyed walking the nearby streets and alleyways - interesting craft shops and great food at cafes & small restaurants (mind you, good food was almost everywhere in TaipeI) Highly recommended. "

"Listing look great along with the location. Wrote to The Host several times and they never responded. Took my money, though, and I had to go through VRBO to get refunded. What a pain. This listing should be taken down. The monetary amounts are in us dollars, not in new Taiwanese dollars so beware!"
