"Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat...

"Very relaxing. We used the grill and cooked fresh seafood including some mangrove snapper and a grunt fish we caught at the marina. The locals were cool and Diane answered her phone when we had a question. We used the kayaks and even saw a manatee with her baby's. The area is great. It was a unique couple days. Maybe not for everyone, but we loved it! Ron and Justine"

"I don't regret staying here.. but I don't know that I'd do it again unless some things were different. The closet is not usable as a place to put any sizable luggage so we had to put ours in the entry. A better way to do their AC/dehumidifier setup is needed; it is both in the closet and outside of it on one end and the other its just there. I don't know much about boats; however, I would think there should be a solution that could be done similarly to RVs where they have ceiling mount...
