"The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc"

"This duplex house boat is an excellent, unique option for enjoying Boston. The two single rooms each with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette are separated by an entryway and the pier is a quiet, peaceful place to rest after a day exploring sites. We appreciated baked goods on the counter, drinks and yogurt in the mini-fridge and the kindness of Sherrie who greeted us at the pier. It's easy to get a taxi to and from the pier or request food and grocery delivery at the end of 13th St just outside...

"The Green Turtle was perfect for our group of two couples! The boat is as advertised; very clean and comfortable and of course in a great location. Sherrie was very through with check in, explaining everything about the boat, and wonderful throughout our stay! Communications with Sherrie and Karen and Jon was quick and easy!Karen sent perfect check-in instructions how to find the location and was kind enough to send a very detailed listing of great restaurants!Karen, Jon and Sherrie were all...

"What a really fun escape for my daughter, 31 and I, 60, To just sit outside on the water and look at the bridges, boats and colorful trees was relaxing. Sweet Pea is a cozy lil’ houseboat. The bed is so comfortable! We slept like babies! We stopped in the restaurant & bar, Castaways on the premises Friday night and so glad we did. The food was surprisingly good. They had karaoke night. The atmosphere was so much fun! We drove to Rhinebeck, Kingston and Poughkeepsie…. Loved all these towns close...

"Fantastic!"

"Wifi was good."

"Very smooth check-in and the host was very responsive with any questions we had."

"What an amazing stay! Elizabeth was a fantastic host - communication was extremely timely and her welcome to the boat was really thoughtful. This is such a great place to stay - the pictures are beautiful, and the real experience is even better. We stayed for a week and loved having a peaceful place to call home. Everything you need is provided (fully stocked kitchen, beach towels), and the marina offers great services (gym, pool, restaurant) - even a free live music concert. We took advantage...

"It was a great way to experience the bay. The boat was decent but a little outdated and we were advised against cooking and showering. The marina had a fine shower and there was lots of good food in the area. Host was very friendly and quick to respond."

"The listing and reviews for this do not accurately describe several issues we experienced. First, you are docked right next to a party boat company with a flag called PVD VIP. At 3 am we were rudely awakened by people screaming on the deck boat with no warning. They do not have a listing on google maps. I hope the owner sees this review and files a complaint so more guests are not woken up by people screaming at 3am. Another issue is the photos do not show how small the entrance sliding door...
