"Upon checking in, there was a bad odor in the room. The front desk was very helpful and let me switch rooms. The rooms were very dated. The bathrooms were not very clean and they were stink bugs all over the hotel."

"Excelent Hotel! Everything was fantastic!"

"Todo el personal fue muy amable. Y todos los servicios fueron muy buenos. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Everything was perfect, except for the way to the rooms, it has a stair without a ramp and I had a big luggage so it was a little dificult to climb the steps of the stair with the luggage. Also the hotel is a little old I suggest to start remodeling it. there was NO problem nether with the room, or bed or shower, eeverything was nice and clean. "

"El desayuno está bien! La habitación estaba con suciedad. "

"Lugar cerca de WVU"

"Lovely renovated room. Really enjoyable. Not cookie cutter. Parking wasn’t great, but you’ll have that downtown. Beautiful historic hotel with friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay again."
