We had a great stay at Matt & Loren's houseboat. Everything was exactly as pictured on-line. Good communication & instructions from the host. We found the marina surprisingly quiet - both day and night. We made a nice camp fire one night, and had it all to ourselves. It was a really fun and new experience for us staying on a boat.

The boat was outstanding and just as described and shown in the pictures!! The boat was so good I barely wanted to leave it. Mornings on the sundeck and lovely relaxing the rest of the time. The hosts have been very thoughtful with the design and provide everything you would need and all was impeccably clean! I generally feel the need to wipe everything down before I use it but this was the first place I have been that I did not feel that was needed because of how wonderful it is!! I was alone the first night before my husband arrived the 2nd day and I felt safe and secure here being a woman traveling alone at first. This was the most lovely birthday weekend and I couldn’t have asked for anything more or better!! Thank you so much for providing such a great spot. We will definitely be back! Angela and Jake

Having owned a 47” Hatteras we really enjoyed being back on the water we appreciated the aft upper bedroom with the 360 window view It’s a wonderful indoor view when the weather is bad. We will book again once the restaurant is reopened. Convenient location! Host was very responsive and answered multiple questions and concerns we had. Thank you

We had a great time staying on the houseboat. We enjoyed the views and the proximity to town. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our family of four had plenty of space and the Marina community was very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our little vacation away. It was nice to have a little place all to ourselves. Any questions and concerns. They were promptly answered. We enjoyed our little walks into historic Saint Augustine. Any of the people that we met at the marina were very friendly and kind. It was a very nice little by the way.

I stayed with my husband and two kids (ages 3 and 5) and we really enjoyed our stay. There's a restaurant literally right next to the boat, however, the noise did not bother us and the band stopped before my kids even went to sleep. Such a fun place to stay!

Easy access. Great location. Easy check in process. Communicative host. Clean. Lots of room for a family to stay comfortably. Walking distance restaurant has good food and is really convenient. Would definitely recommend to others and will return myself.
