"The apartment was immaculate and just the right size for my wife and me. Communication with the owner was very accommodating. One of the two small air conditioning units was not working, so the owner offered to set us up in a different apartment which we declined. The one working unit kept the apartment comfortable. Our overall experience with the apartment and the owner was very positive! We plan to contract with her again on our next trip to St. Augustine."

"It was perfect for what was needed for our vacation weekend. Nice place with all the amenities we needed!! I would highly recommend. I’m always worried when I book somewhere to stay because my daughter and I have a strong allergy to fragrance. I always bring my own sheets, blankets and pillows. This place had no synthetic fragrance at all. It was so wonderful, I didn’t even have to use my bedding!! I will definitely book this place again on next trip to St Augustine."

Parking spot in front of house was good and walking a few blocks to downtown. Communication was scripted at specific times. The microwave never worked after several attempts, even unplugging and plugging back in so sent message but never a response until we checked out 2 days later.
