Property fabulous - unit decent

Property was great. Unit could use a little upkeep (toilet runs and balcony door very hard to open and close) but if you are there for the beach and view that doesn’t matter too much. Would have liked to have been granted permission to use a guest parking spot one night. Has two beach chairs and one small beach umbrella. If you want more beach gear you’ll have to bring it. Beach, pool, hot tub, pickleball court and activity area are awesome.

Disappointing

We’ve stayed in this building a number of times and we were quite disappointed with our stay in this specific unit. This condo offers the bare minimum. The unit is functional, but very outdated, with many of the appliances being rusty, as well as rust in both bathrooms. Our first night we arrived we encountered HUGE American cockroaches (1-2 inches long), and while the owner apologized for their presence, did nothing to remedy the situation. They said I’d be contacted by local representatives, but we never heard anything. Overall disappointed and will not be staying again.

Disappointed

We were surprised that VRBO would have anything to do with property that is so badly in need of updating . The tub in the guest bathroom is in the process of rusting. All along where the grout should be it was rust. Cabinet door does not close. In the kitchen, the refrigerator was filthy on the side and leaked on the floor as well as inside from the ice maker. Had to keep a towel in both places. The utinsles in the kitchen are not effective, knives all dull, cutting board is very small and old In the master bathroom someone painted the wall,but left a border around the toilet. The guest bathroom had 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. There were was no mention of the linen closet in there so I had to wash daily. The front door is a rusty and looks nasty. The rug in the front room smells like someone vomited on it As I said earlier, I was very surprised that VRBO would recommend or even represent this one. We have used VRBO for several rentals and have always been blown away by the properties that we have rented, this particular unit was awful. I will use VRBO in the future but will never hold yo this rental again

Great location

Overall we loved our stay it was perfect for us, right off the beach and has a pool. When we first arrived our passcode didn’t work and when you have a 2 year who has never traveled before and was super cranky and tired like the rest of us it was less than ideal but I called the office and they got us in. We had this issue again and they gave us the code to the key which was ok. Inside it’s specious, the bedrooms good size. I would recommend new pillows for the master bedroom they felt like having no pillows at all. Also I’d suggest taking care of the rust. There is rust of the fridge, stove (which my daughter cut herself) , ceiling in the bathroom… But other than those things well even with those things it was perfect!

View and beach and pool was wonderful! Coffee pot was broken sliding door was loose. Love the reef club but would probably not rent this unit again.

This is a great condo for a family of 5! is closeto the pool and condo!

Vacation 2021

Definitely an experience. We came during Red Tide. We would have liked to have been informed on this due to we only had 2 days in ocean other 6 at pool , dead fish everywhere, smell was overbearing. I recommend asking if red tide is happening before going. Other than that a good vacation. If you go in red tide Vick’s Vapor Rub under your nose works wonders.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay, perfect location! It was fairly quiet and peaceful there while we were. The condo we stayed in [304] is dated, of which we were aware of before we reserved it.

Great on the beach location

We chose this location due to it being directly on the beach and it did not disappoint. The unit was spacious and had nearly everything we could need. The patio furniture needs replaced and the mattresses were uncomfortable otherwise it was good. We will definitely be back to the Reef Club.

Needs updating except for kitchen cabinets. Having beach towels was a plus. there was a man who was coming off the beach daily and was caught photographing children.. We told security guard and he pulled video to share his pics...It was a little loud at night..
