My husband and I stayed with our 17 and 19 year old kids. We all had an amazing stay and highly recommend staying here if looking to vacation in the Treasure Island area. The beach is one of the nicest of anywhere we’ve been, and we loved the location of the condo. We walked to Johns Pass several times. The condo was well set up with everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean. We were appreciative of being able to check in a little early as we had an early arrival in the area. I would love to stay here again if we come back.

Love staying at Sunset Vista. This was my second time & it will probably be a yearly trip. 202S was top notch, I only had 1 issue with the TV & that was taken care of immediately. Great food at cafe & drinks at Tiki Bar.

Walking distance to great food; Cafe/ bar onsite and steps away from the apartment; beautiful clean beach; crowd was great- felt safe. Pool and hot tub were always full likely due to it being too chilly for the beach while we were tthere

We had such a great time staying at this condo! The furniture is totally updated in the living room, and eating area. The location is wonderful- close to pools, beach, etc. There's a few beach chairs, wake boards, and beach toys for use in the condo- so that was super helpful, and my kids loved finding the new stuff to use during our stay. Communication was easy with the host. No issues getting in. It's also nice because you'll have an assigned parking spot. The pool/hot tubs are open until 10pm, so it was great to take night swims after dinner. One little tip is that there's Freebeachride.com to use..it's a taxi that is based just on tips. We ended up using 1 guy for the entire trip (got his number). Everything very close, St. Johns Pass was where we spent most of the time in the evening. Grocery stores also close. One con of the complex is that you cannot use the internet for Streaming on the TV. I don't want to doc the condo for it, because it's a entire complex thing. The workout room is next door to condo, therefore you do hear people dropping weights- but with little kids around, it didn't matter to us much. Overall, GREAT STAY! Thanks again!!!!!!

The property was as described on the website. Great location to the beach. Only issue was the gym located right next to our room. Guests kept dropping weights and it sounded like they were coming through the wall.

We were quite far from the beach and adjacent to the small property cafe which also doubled as a wedding venue. On weekends, music is blasting in the outside courtyard with people sceaming and dancing at night.

No tengo palabras para describir lo bien que la pasamos. El apartamento maravilloso, cómodo. Los dueños son dulces, amables, entienden tus necesidades. Volvería cada vez que pudiera. Las instalaciones maravillosas. El acceso a la playa cómodo. El apartamento te brinda todo lo que necesitas para estar en la playa (cooler, etc.).

Property was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, the pull out couch wasn’t great but worked for the youngest kids. Loved the bar and cafe onsite, pool was wonderful and being able to walk right on the beach was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

We have stayed at Sunset Vistas before and we love this place and always love our stay here, the only complaint we have this time is what we paid for the room versus the room itself which is need of some major updating, furniture, appliances, flooring, mattresses etc…so compared to previous stays and rooms of other family members stays we were disappointed in what we paid for what we got, otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and loved our stay!

Dirty, it was so awful you had to cover the furniture to sit on it and there was only one chair because the sofa was so old it just sagged to the floor when sitting on it. The tile floors were so greasy and dirty you could slide from one room to the next. The bedroom rugs were so worn and dirty you had to keep your shoes on at all times. The listing failed to mention you could not use streaming service on the smart TV. I won’t be using VRBO again.

I wasn’t too worried by the outdated comments and feel the pricing was in line with the property. We did find that the queen bedroom lights and fan would turn on randomly throughout the day/night, making sleep difficult. There might be an electrical issue at hand? The pool & hot tub were awesome, the beach is amazing. It’s within walking distance of food and shops! Great sunsets.
