Everything went really well during our stay. We loved the view and the location in general. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is due to the loud partying in the bar below our room and the rudeness of the bartender at the Tiki Bar. There was a special gathering this weekend and a LOT of loud and intoxicated guests. As far as the room and the host and facility we give 5 stars! We would stay here again!!

Great getaway!

We were looking for a long weekend getaway where we could relax & be on the beach. This place was right on the beach & had easy access to Publix and restaurants. We really enjoyed all the restaurants in the area. The unit has everything you need for a beach vacation including beach towels. Even though we booked as a rental, the Island Inn staff was also super helpful. The beach was not crowded which is a plus in the summer.

We had an amazing time! The property inside is exactly as pictured and was great—watching sunsets on the balcony was amazing. And the beach access and location are phenomenal. Communication with the host was timely and everything was just as advertised. Highly recommend!!

Nice Oceanfront

The unit directly faces the ocean, and there are beautiful sunset views from the balcony. We stayed at this location in the middle of May and the beach was not crowded. You had the option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas that would be set up for you. Upon first entering the unit, there was a very strong smell of mildew however, after turning on the dehumidifier that was provided the smell significantly improved.

Excellent property and location!

We enjoyed our short stay and especially enjoyed being right on the beach. The property was just the right size for my husband and I, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!

Nice location but not the cleanest

The location and view were great but it wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The pull out soft had dirty, stained sheets on it. There were also lots of hairs on the sheets of the bed. The bathroom also had several hairs. Housekeeping definitely could have gone a more thorough job cleaning.

Short start in Paradise

The views. The views supercede everything else. The bed was super comfy. Had very nice decor. Looks exactly like all the pics. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes that are in good shape. It would be nice to get rid of some of the beach chairs from the closet so you could hang clothes up. There are way more chairs than you will ever use.

We wanted to get away from frigid Indiana for a long weekend, and we knew from friends that this area had taken a real beating from the hurricanes last year, so we decided to contribute a little to the local economy. Boy, did we make the right choice. The views of the Gulf from the private balcony are outstanding, and having a heated pool and restaurant/bar on the premises is so nice. The area is still recovering, so some of the shops and restaurants are still closed, but we were able to find plenty for us. At this price point, I would rate it as one of the top two or three properties we have stayed at. Communication with the management was perfect, and they meet our requests promptly and completely.

Not Nice

The unit was filthy when we arrived. We paid 200+ dollars cleaning fee and show up to a dirty room. We had to go buy Lysol wipes ourselves to clean. The unit itself is old with peeling paint on all the doors. It’s as if the owners were forced to upgrade the permanent fixtures but the sheets are knobby, fixtures are rusty, paint is peeling and NOTHING has been cleaned in forever.

Close to restaurants, trolley stops right outside and will take you all along the beach. Nice place with plenty of room for 2 people.

Great view!

Unit is small, but great for a couple. The balcony is small but offers a great place to view the gorgeous sunsets! However the balcony is just above the pool area and tiki bar so this may not be the unit for you if you’re looking for quiet evenings. Building is older but will be undergoing renovations soon. Not much within walking distance as this is in a mostly residential area, but there are some great restaurants that are a quick, easy drive from the unit.

Great view and location but noisy/needs updated and cleaned

The view is beautiful and the location being by the trolley stop and a walk in either direction to restaurants was nice. We will not be going back. This place needs updated and if we went back, we would go with a room further from the pool. The pool was very loud where people were congregating and lots of little kids, screaming most parts of the day. Floors needed cleaned better. The bathroom needs completely gutted with old mold and rust throughout. The bed was stiff and hurt our backs by the end of the stay. The kitchen was ok. Appliances were good but kitchen had one plug on opposite side of sink so coffee and toasters cords had to reach across sink!

Great location and beautiful view

This property was great, it was beautiful and central to many other stores/places nearby. My only complaint was that the place wasn’t very clean. There was a used water bottle on the counter and hair/sand on the sheets when we arrived. The blankets also smelled. The property manager responded right away though and replaced our bedding so that was really nice! I’d plan on bringing your own bedding/a blanket if you visit here though.
