Needed some work

We had a nice time on Treasure Island. The location of the property was amazing! The cleaniness of the house and the mainteance needed work. The house was a bit run down,lights needed to be replaced, marks all over hte walls and holes in the hallways. Sand was all over the floor and in the couches, there was tiny bugs in the kitchen and the masterbedroom sheets were ripped and comforter stained. The manager was notified and sent pictures immediately. Heather was attentive and offered to rectify the situation. She sent housekeeping (who had me change my own sheets) but did vacuum the sand and Orkin came the next day to spray the house. In spite of that, we had a wonderful vacation and would go back to Treasure Island and stay in a different place.

Very spacious and comfortble for a familly stay. Perfect location for long weekend. We were fortunate to have family living in St Pete that were able to direct us to restaurants and vneues. We had to make a hurried departure getting family to flights north. Our granddaughter (4) had to have a last minute swim. She had a fast shower and change and left a swimsuit behing, I got a call regarding the suit. A kind surprise, Fortunately not needed. Thank you for such extended service

Decent Place but some misrepresentation

Place was nice in a great location. But Tv on Rooftop didnt work, nor did the grill. Both advertised as amentities. Would stay again if these items were fixed

Lovely beach house

We enjoyed our stay steps from the lovely beach. The house was perfect for family and the location was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again.

We did a Mother-Daughter trip. We gave the girls the master and it worked out great. Beach right across the street…had to Uber for nightlife but otherwise Perfect location for tanning!

Beach fun!

Family of 6 - ages ranged from 82 to 1. Walked to the beach with three children ages 1 to 5. First time for them to see sand and ocean. So excited! St. Petersburg Pier was amazing and the view was beautiful! Great time was had by all!

Treasure Island

This was our first time at Treasure Island and loved it! A quiet beach town with nice beaches. The town home was clean and just as described. Location was great right across the street! Definitely stay here again when visiting Treasure Island!

Great spot for family and friends

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Spacious rooms and amazing views from the roof top. The baby gates and high chair were a real plus for us. This house is nicely decorated and has fabulous gathering places for a group.

Condo was close to Baseball City, where our son was playing in a tournament. The condo was nice and clean with some good restaurants nearby.

Weekend Getaway from WI

Oh my goodness! The moment we all walked into this place we will went WOW!! The kitchen area was spectacular, the living space was perfect, especially being able to sit outdoors early in the morning. One thing I would make sure of is that there were two ashtrays out on the patio area, that still had used cigarettes in them. My only suggestion would be to remind housekeeping to check the patio. Beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed our morning walks on the ⛱️. Great place. Definitely would come back to this rental.

Sweet sunsets

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. The unit was well furnished and we really enjoyed the roof top. What I didn’t agree with was the cleaning fee, especially since I was instructed to load and start the dishwasher, wash the beach towels and take out the trash.

Best location, most comfy Beds and Pillows!

Once one of us experienced the Master bath duel shower heads- each person made sure to get a turn over our 3 night weekend visit. The home set up, watching sunsets on the roof top patio, making cupcakes in the we’ll stocked a designed kitchen, playing cars games on the dining table, walking to my 50th bday Hawaii 5-OH party at Caddy’s cabanas 150 feet away… let’s just say it was an epic visit with lots of fun, laughs and quality family time. Thank you! Minor leak and shower drain issues- but all else was perfect!

Awesome!!!

I cannot say enough how pleased we were to find this place. Top notch all the way. From the furnishings to the bedding to the balconies. Right next to the beach and the elevator was a god send. Cannot wait to book again. Great area for family getaway.
