A week wasn’t long enough.

We loved this place. It was so nice and convenient. But we are very disappointed that they won’t allow us to book Sunday- Sunday next year. Due to where we live, and the flight we take, we can only do Sunday-Sunday. We are so disappointed.

Amazing stay!

This was our family’s first time staying at a condo on Madeira Beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. The beach, the location, the sunsets, the amenities inside the condo, the cleanliness, the access to beach toys, beach towels and chairs all made our stay a memorable one! 5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

We absolutely loved our time in Madeira Beach! The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the sand and close to everything we needed. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the complex has done an amazing job recovering from what was clearly a devastating hurricane — everything felt fresh and well cared for. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy every minute. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo

The condo was great, unfortunately our stay was shortened by Mother Nature. We would definitely come back. Had trouble with the codes in the gate to the beach/pool but the trip team was quick to respond and helpful.

Wonderful Vacation

A great time in a great place. 106 Kima was all we could ask for. The facility was in as great a location as you could possibly want. It wasn’t too large a condo building. The condo we rented was all that was promised and more. It was amazingly well stocked.. Right on the beach. Plenty of room. The pool was a plus.

Wonderful

This was our third year staying at Kima and it’s perfect each time. Great view of the beach and ocean, easy access, my girls love the pool too! Managers are quick to handle any issues that may arise. We’ll be back next year!

Nice area

Very nice condo. All the codes for the doors (stairs, elevator, beach, pool, room) was a little annoying but managable. I understand it was to keep non tenants out. We had a cooler week but still enjoyed our stay, that's Florida this year !!

Really Nice!

Great beach condo location. Restaurants within walking distance. All the things you need to stay for the week including beach chairs, toys, towels. Plan on buying things like toilet paper, napkins. Bring a collapsable cooler for the beach.

Balcony view nice

The unit space was good but floors were dirty and if you did not wear shoes your feet were really dirty. The TV in guest room did not work properly and the remote was taped together. Ceiling fan in living area could not be used as the fan blades were loose or missing screws so was a danager. Kitchen was lacking small bowls (for cereal or salad) and trash can was broken but we fixed it. Master bath shower was not clean and shower head was corroded. Towels and beach towels should be upgraded.Should have beach chairs for your guest to use. We still enjoyed our stay but some of the amenties noted were not there.

Great location and great condo

Madeira Beach was a great location. The condo was great, the beach was great and the food was good. October is a great time to go because it’s not crowded we enjoyed the beach, nine straight days of great weather. I definitely will be back and hopefully will be able to get the same condo.

Much needed beach time

This condo was well furnished, clean and had an excellent view of the beach. The bathrooms were a good size and the shower was excellent. The kitchen had all supplies that you would need and the chairs on the deck were comfortable. The management company was excellent and easy to contact. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. And the bed was very comfortable! Nice place!
