Don't list this property again until it is remodeled..

This unit looked nothing like the pictures online. We have stayed at the Sea Rocket before in another unit and it was very pleasant. This unit is dirty and dated. Needs remodeling. If Sandy Beach is owner or represents owner, they need to inspect the property/unit. It's a 3rd world shanty. I was very embarrassed for my wife to see what I had selected for our vacation rental.

On the beach!

Room is small and dated, but you have everything you need. Beach is right outside. Quiet area of the beach. Communication and check in was great. Will visit again.

Just the space you need when at beach all day. Just wished tub drained faster and you were not standing in inches of water when showering. Great lil place throughly enjoyed my stay.

Love this area. Room is perfect for two right on the beach. Near restaurants and the Doubletree Tiki bar do sunset. All the convenience not the price. Could use new mattress. Bed was soft. Pull out was ok. Plenty of utensils and kitchen wear

Perfect location!

We had amazing time. All what we wanted and need it. Few steps from the beach! Really nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Really recommend this place for family with kids! We definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

Amazing location! Cute and quaint!

Email communication before and during the trip was great! I can’t say enough about the location. Your “backyard” is the beach. Full kitchen and refrigerator was great if you want to cook your own meals!

What a quaint and quiet place! It was tiny but worked for my three kids and myself. The location was perfect and right on the beach. The unit was very clean and cozy. We’d definitely stay again.

Met our family needs very well.

Good price relative to location. Right on the beach. Driveway between parking and building is tight. Building is old but well kept. Foot wash station at edge of patio was great when coming in from beach. Patio with tables and chairs worked great for dinner beside the beach. Great view of sunset from patio.

Great stay!!

We loved our stay! Had everything we needed and was close to the water which was our main goal. We will definitely be booking again. Also there was great communication with the property manager. I was able to speak to a real person on the phone several times with any questions or concerns I had.

Nice place

We stayed in an older condo,#2, but it was clean. Very friendly people and it's nice and quiet.. The bed could stand to be upgraded as it sinks in the middle,but it was comfy. Other then that,it was terrific. We'll be back!

We enjoyed this location...loved the sitting area prior to beach...all so close.Would've liked to seen a little firmer bed as we kept rolling towards the middle. Really like the vanity area outside the actual bathroom. Bath and kitchen towels were great

Not too impressed or satisfied with Sandy Beach Rental management

I rented room 2 and it stunk really bad. I’m severely allergic and can tell when I’m around mold. I couldn’t fall asleep and started wheezing because of the moldy room. Had to use my inhaler twice and my voice began to fade. Almost lost my voice completely. I was a lot happier the next morning when they agreed to move me to a different - nicer room. However, the room I moved into wasn’t the cleanest. The floors were filled with sand and hair. I had to sweep it in order not to slip while walking around. I believe Sea Rocket could use better rental management in general.

Nice comfy room!

Enjoyed the stay, except for departure (very hurried at 3:30 a.m.; had to catch an early flight), but that has nothing to do with the facility. Great beach, fun places to go. I practically grew up on Madeira Beach; can't wait to come back!
