Room 16

The air conditioner did not adequately cool the room… water pressure was sad and no vent in bathroom so bowel movement smells took over the whole room. The host and service fees were outrageous compared to other units in the same building. The fellow guests were great. We enjoyed socializing.

Visit to see Grandbaby

The room was very clean and quaint. We had everything we needed and the beach is literally just steps away. We would definitely come back.

So quaint and perfect!

Stayed 6 nights end of April 2024. Stayed with my 23 year old daughter and my 75 year old mother and we had the best time! Perfect size and the Murphy bed mattress was really quite comfortable especially for a second bed!! AC worked great and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! The beach was not crowded and will stay again soon but with my hubby next time!! I highly recommend for a quiet stay. Being efficiencies and one bedrooms it’s not crowded with family’s and so perfect for a more relaxing quieter stay! Sandy Beach management is quick to reply and so friendly!! I would recommend new photos being posted on advertising to show change of bed spread and living room rug. Made it more up to date and fresh looking. I would think more bookings if pics were updated!

Quaint. It was beautiful, quiet, and nice location.

It was a short notice thing because family and friends were vacationing in the same area so we thought we’d stop in and visit with them for a while. We tend to spend approximately 2 to 3 months annually. I am familiar with the gulf coast area, but it was never on Redington Beach. I would definitely stay there again if the situation is similar. Simple and cute

Right on beach, although we were not able to check in early as requested; another couple had not checked out in a timely fashion. Cute, simple room with easy access to beach and restaurants.

Vacation

The whole bathroom was not clean at all. Hair all over the shower, bathroom floor, and the main living area floor. Overall just not clean with stuff on the floors and the fridge had stuff spilt in it that was never cleaned up. The only good thing about the property was it’s location right on the beach otherwise I would not recommend staying here.

Great Sea Rocket Location - Adequate Room

Overall my wife and I enjoyed a great stay at the Sea Rocket. While #16 is probably due for some minor upgrades, it served our purposes just fine (therefore not affecting our ratings), and the location of the property right on the beach was just awesome! We also enjoyed the fact that the beach is in more of a residential vs tourist area, so there was plenty of room over Spring Break to find a nice spot to lounge and relax with social distancing. We expect to return some day!

Just what we were looking for...

My sister and I wanted a no hassle, low-key kind of place that was on the beach with easy access to food and entertainment. This was it! The listing is exactly as it is (pictures as well) - clean and did not smell of mold or moisture as some beach places may. Beach chairs under the bed was a nice surprise (best beach chairs that I have ever sat in:). Loved that the beach right in front of the property was not crowded. There is even a patio area for those windy days when you want to sit out on the beach and not get pelted by the sand. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Pleasantly surprised

We knew this would be small but we had a mix up on travel plans... Very happy it was available. Pleasantly surprised at the complete collection of amenities in the Kitchen . Just 2 thoughts: 1 shower head has calcium blockage (husband from a plumbing family) and 2 Not sure if there was a smoke detector. Loved the Mary Cassatt prints also.

Great Beach getaway! Fabulous location!

Cozy unit that is literally steps away from having your toes in the sand. Such a great location as many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We never rent a vehicle so this area and rental was very convenient for us. Check-in and check-out was a smooth transaction. They were very nice working with us to have a late check-out as it was raining and our flight was later in the day. We had such a great stay and can't wait to vacation here again.

Cute, clean, quiet, beautiful beach.

My wife and I stayed at Sea Rocket#16 for 4 days in mid April 2019. The room was cute, clean and quite. The beach was beautiful and the private sitting area before the sand was pleasant.
