House was fine, the only negative thing I can say is the air conditioning system. Four out of five bedrooms were extremely warm at night. We were not allowed to adjust the thermostat below 74 degrees. We kept all blinds closed to keep the outside heat out but it didn’t work. Because of this I would not rent this house again.

Nice location, close to the village of Safety Harbour. The host was easy to work with. Nice layout and space for a large family.Concerns were: no umbrellas for shade in the backyard even though listing shows this. The yard could use some tending as it is full of weeds, no grass. The house itself is well maintained but could use some upgrades.

Our family had a great vacation at this house. The house was a great size and allowed everyone lots of space to sleep, relax, and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was well stocked, although we mainly used it for breakfast. On the whole the house appeared quite clean when we arrived, but upon lifting the cushions on the couches, we discovered that the house cleaners had not vacuumed underneath them, something that maybe was inadvertently forgotten to be done during the last cleaning. That was really my only concern.The location of the property is ideal. We were able to easily drive to events in Tampa, and the beaches at Clearwater were a 15-20 min drive away. We loved trying out the various restaurants in the downtown area in Safety Harbor, which was a very short drive. Our grandchildren loved the short walk to the park located along Old Tampa Bay every day. The property had a great pool and we all spent many enjoyable hours swimming in it. The backyard is large and we used the grassy area for some games but it could use a little care and improvement. We certainly would recommend this property to those looking for a place that will accommodate a large family, especially ones with smaller children. Brian was excellent to work with and quickly responded to all our questions and messages.

The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. I had a couple questions when we first arrived and Brian quickly replied and addressed my concerns. The rule book was 15 pages and I think I dozed off trying to read it 😆

Had an amazing time with my family at this beautiful house. The house was located central to everything we wanted to do and allowed my family from Colorado and The Netherlands spend quality time together. From pool time to grill time to be able to sit together for family dinner we have zero complaints and would rent the property again.

The house was perfect all the way around. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 people. The open concept kitchen/living room perfect for us to gather daily. Bonus was the pool table inside and bag game and pool outside.

This was a nice home in a great location. We took in a couple ball games and watched the sunset in Dunedin. We could walk to watch the sunrise over old Tampa Bay, and enjoyed the backyard pool. I just have a few minor things that could be added to the house to make the stay easier. It would be nice to have a dish drying rack in the kitchen, and a foldable clothes drying rack for pool towels and swimsuits outside. I will definitely consider this property agin if we come back to the area.

The house is amazing and modern! Very clean property! The pool was nice, warm, and super clean. We enjoyed it. With only having one tv in the house, it brought us altogether to watch movies/shows. The location to everything was great! We were 15 minutes from the beach and 8 minutes from shopping. We were wanting to grill, but weren’t able to grill due to it being too yucky to clean to use. It was minor to over look. Overall the stay was great and will rent again in the future!

This house is perfect for a family vacation with lots of space & bedrooms for everyone. The pool was enjoyed by all and the location is 3 minutes from downtown Safety Harbor with lots of dining and beautiful waterfront views. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit family in the area.
