We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The property was very clean and the property management were quick to answer any questions we had. The neighborhood was in a very good location and very quiet at night. The only suggestion we have is maybe add a pitcher to the kitchen to allow for making tea or other beverages. Maybe it was there and we missed it. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a meal or snacks. Thank you again for allowing us to stay as we enjoyed it and we will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The attention to detail really stood out—everything was well-stocked and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was perfect for our needs, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

Spacious, very nice mattress , washing machine and dryer is a plus , kitchen worked well for us since we home cooked all of our meals, easy walk to the beach ,quiet location, convenient parking, insulated floor reduces noise, did not hear the neighbours ,,accomodating host.

Centrally located. With in walking distance to our favorite restaurant and beaches. Also quiet at night. Will probably book again next year. Property management was prompt in getting back to us with questions. Had a wonderful time.

We liked the location but there were some issues with the apartment itself. the toilet always needed help to stop running. And the lights did not turn on using wall switches.

Everything was as advertised - great location (a short walk to everything but on a quiet street) + spacious and clean kitchen, bedroom and living room. We did a couple loads of laundry, which was conveniently located around the corner of the building. When we couldn’t find a remote for the TV, we sent a message and got an immediate response and the owner came over with a new one. Communication was outstanding and check in could not have been easy. Pull out bed was comfortable and L shaped sofa very cozy when we stayed in to watch a movie. We visit Clearwater Beach frequently and will look at this property every time we come down.

Amazing place with a short walk to the beach. Came for a Buccaneers game in Tampa, had a relaxing beach day and had time to drive 1.5 hours to Disney! Super cute, clean, and convenient. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

I took my Mom & my 2 children (15 & 10.) We LOVED the VRBO. So, clean, fresh, close to beach, restaurants, things to do, etc! We loved the dock at the property. Dolphins swam by, sunsets were gorgeous & we enjoyed relaxing & playing cards out there in the evenings. The owner was so helpful & generous!!! He also got back to me instantaneously when we had cancelled flights & worked w/us to make our stay special in light of our personal glitches. Thank YOU!!! 👊🏼🎉 I would be happy to book that place again! Five STARS for sure! 🖐🏼5️⃣⭐️✨🤩💫🌟

We had a great experience staying at this accommodation in Clearwater. My husband and I stayed with our 1 1/2 year old and rented baby equipment and all comfortably stayed in the bedroom together. The common space and balcony were great and the location was fantastic.

Perfect for a couple looking for an escape. Unit in a quiet neighborhood (dead end street) but only a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater beaches, restaurants, stores and pubs. Will need to bring your own body wash/soap and shampoo. These products are not included in the amenities. I believe this was left out in the unit description. Conclusion: I recommend this unit.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful location, newly remodeled,comfortable bed.Dealings with staff were easy and felt like I have been dealing with them for years. This will be an annual booking for now on. Thank you!

Convenient location. Quiet area, pretty water view at dock. Bed and couch were uncomfortable. Bed too soft. Unit needs a comfortable easy chair. LR needs more lighting. Shower handle very loose. Unit needs more than a broom to keep floor clean.
