  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Sun, Views & Zero RegretsSo glad I chose this condo — it was even better than expected. The views were spectacular, the condo was spotless, beautifully set up, and well stocked. Location was perfect.I loved having the option to lounge at the beach or relax by the pool. The sea was absolutely perfect… I just prefer my swimming without salt , so the pool was a win and made for some great laps.Easy, relaxing, and exactly what a Florida getaway should be. Highly recommend this condo and Treasure Island — I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We ended up canceling our reservation shortly after check in. The property manager was extremely accommodating and did graciously provide a full refund, which we do appreciate as technically they did not have to. However upon arrival I could immediately smell the mold and/or mildew in the room. Given the record breaking storms last season, I tried to give it some grace but the smell caused an asthma attack after being in the room for a short while. I notified the property manager that we were unable to stay and that there were 3-4 dehumidifying devices in the small space. The property manager was unaware of the added 2-3 devices and was going to send someone to evaluate. She was willing to help us find other accommodations but we had another option lined up fortunately. The view was nice and the front desk worker was helpful. The room was more run down/dirty/ dinged up than I was anticipating based off the photos. The provided towels had seen better days and I would recommend bringing your own. Well I wouldn’t personally stay here, I would work with this rental company as they were willing to work with us and go above and beyond their requirements of the contract.

Great average listing

Overall accurate listing and no major complaints. Small notes, prior guests must not have washed dishes thoroughly and room had some dust/sand. Towels cannot be swapped by front desk but paid laundry is available. Convenient beach access with rinse station.

Great spot

Loved the room and location. Front desk rules are a little confusing. I had a friend join us for dinner and she wasn’t allowed to park in the lot. She had to park across the street which was dark and a very busy road when leaving. Not to safe! We watched her from the third floor run across.

Great Place to Stay

The property itself was clean and close to dining and the grocery. The little Tiki Bar at the pool was so nice. The room was also very clean and exactly as described. We were very impressed that it had everything we needed. Beach towels, plenty of bath towels, vacuum, umbrella, chair, pool noodles, pots, dishes, and best of all a fan. We would stay again for sure.

My girlfriends and I had a great time. So convenient to the beach and water. The Tiki bar and pool were fun. . Vicki and Justin were great. The room had a great little kitchen and we put it to use. Also close to so many good restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful winter getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean well appointed and as described. While this area is still building back from the hurricane-the resort was clean and in full swing. Very low key with all the comforts needed-heated pool/pristine tiki bar with a great owner/staff, the beach just footsteps away and a wonderful view from those Adirondack chairs! Thanks for a great stay!

Great get away and relaxing time

The location was what we needed as a family. Great balcony to relax in. Great beach area to walk in. Great areas close by to go kayaking. The place was well equipped with items for cooking, towels, a small air fryer/oven. Great location also to great restaurants. Would recommend in a heart beat. Look forward to going back.

Disappointed

Dehumidifier in room, extremely loud, had to constantly empty. Smelled in room like a moldy basement. Spots of mold of decorative pillows and behind nightstand. Dirty towel left on kitchen sink. Adjoining door to room next door, not listed in description of room. My daughter and I felt sick with allergies and headaches this stay, went to Walgreens for medication and cleaning products and febreeze and a Scent defuser. Stayed here in July in room 413 and was completely satisfied with everything from the room, staff, tiki bar, pool, beach, etc. scent defuser.

Great location directly on the beach!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and it was amazing. Great location directly on the beach. Clean and convenient to lots of resturants, shops, etc. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice place. Views are great. Place is well equipped. Beach chairs were nice. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, nice chairs on the balcony, parking easy. Sandbar, 30 yards off shore, is loaded with sand dollars, pack goggles. Needs: Bigger coffee starter pack, bigger tub/sink soap. Didn't notice the Alexis until day 3, would have unplugged it. We had a great stay.

Nice place with a fantastic view of the Gulf.

It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect.

This place was great! Better than I expected on a last minute booking for spring break. It was clean, well stocked, and beach access was perfect, and a quiet beach at that. Multiple restaurants in walking distance, clear and quick communication with the owners. Check in was a breeze, super friendly front desk staff.
