Great Place

Overall this property was clean, as described, and cozy. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived but not a huge deal. The beach gear provided was a plus as well as having a washer and dryer. Proximity to Publix was also a plus. Only downside, and not to the owners fault, is that the location to other restaurants or attractions at time wasn’t the most convenient but an uber or trolley fixed that issue. Overall would recommend to others. Never felt unsafe

Perfect location for spring break family trip

The property, rooms, and location was perfect. The beach was right across the street, and if you didn’t want to be in the gulf, the heated outdoor pool and hot-tub were a definite plus. Plenty of parking options and the grocery store was right next store, super convenient.Property management was prompt and will to help if anything was needed, which we didn’t need anything. Would recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was definitely the perfect location - one block from the beach park and next to Publix. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the beach and were lucky to be there for a festival. Unfortunately, the convenience came with traffic noise, it was pretty loud sitting out on the balcony. A unique feature in the PBR is a window onto the hallway to the elevator. Overall we were happy with the unit.

Beach vacation

The location was very close to the beach. We could easily walk there. It was also close to other beaches we visited. The VRBO had what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island!

Lots of room to stretch out. Pool and hot tub are great. Plenty of beach equiptment in the condo. Cooked out every night. Walking distance for any needs.

Fun family time

Property was great. Nice location next to publics, across the st from beach! Nice pool, nice Property. We would stay again. Only down side appliances can use a update, frig smell from maybe fish property mgr responded timely, washer loud and didnt.spin well. Great time.

dirty condo

The unit was dirty, walking on floors your feet were black. coffee cups stuck on shelves, frig had not been cleaned cheese crumbs etc. coffee maker still had used filter in it. Also, missing shower door in hall bath, only had a cheap curtain on one side so in order to turn on water you would get blasted with cold water. Tv had no local channels. you could not open frig fully as it hit the dishwasher. unit should have a side by side frig. Second time visiting , but in another unit on third floor and the 2nd bedroom was connected to the hall bath which was way more convenient.In this unit if using the second bedroom you had to go through living room .

Lovely

We had a great stay at this lovely condo. Visiting for my sons wedding. Close to beach, restaurants and the grocery store was next door. The only issues we had was on our final day, we could not figure out how to start dishwasher. The code on the pool gate works getting in, but we had issues with code getting out of pool area. The pool was fantastic and not busy. We did not have issues with elevator as others stated. We were allowed a late checkout which was great since our plane left late afternoon. Our door code did change at normal checkout time locking us out, but was quickly resolved within a few minutes. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Thanks!

Good location...building kind of run down...room a little better. But for the price its good. Not the cleanest. Had an ok general clean..but in serious need of a deep clean. Black on the underside of the toilet...and in need of new toilet seats...top of fridge filthy...crumbs in the edges of coffee table from being wiped into etc. I would stay again for the price...but not a top end place.

Great Location

No car needed. Unit was spacious and adequately equipped with your basic necessities. The patio was large and had a nice partial view of the beach. The pool was refreshing and equipped with plenty of lounge/ seating. Easy walk to the beach, groceries next door and restaurants close by.

Misleading

The space was good. Lots of room in the rental. Floors had years of crud built up in both bathrooms. All sink/shower faucets and fixtures were very dated. Rust and corrosion on both showers. Filthy old toilet brush. Mismatched Cups, glasses, dishes and cheap flatware. Knife set was useless. Stains on master bed quilt. Door to laundry closet came off the track repeatedly. Hot tub was broken for the first three days. Elevator was broken and then out of service one entire day for service. We were not made aware of the construction on the building exterior ahead of time. The hallways and elevator were dirty. Honestly, other than being conveniently located, it was a disappointment. Owner needs to be made aware of serious needs for upgrades.

Great location-Unit needs attention

This unit is very spacious and in fairly good shape. However there were several things that detracted from our stay. We loved the location, and the unit was nice. But-one closet door was missing, the towel bar in the master bath was on the floor, the light in the walk-in shower didn't work, and the dishwasher didn't work unless you flipped the breaker each time. Property management was very prompt in responding to our needs. But perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was that the king bed in the master-while looking new-was as hard as a rock. We had to sleep in the other bedroom. If the owners rectify these issues, this would be a 5 star stay.

Unit 203

Have been at this complex before, but this unit needs work. Shower door does not stay shut causing loads of water to pool on tile floor, patio door leaked and soaked carpet from rain. Carpet should not be in the suite -- it is totally worn, full of stains and a disgrace to this complex.
