Beautiful Home

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home. Loved the balcony and all of the extras in the garage. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only complaint was that the fishing dock was closed and this wasn't mentioned in the listing. We would definately stay here again!

Uncomfortable, dirty floors, roaches

We knew the location, first time staying at the Mariner’s Pointe. The building is old and cheaply built. The walls are thin, poorly insulated. Forget about any rest if someone is staying above you. You can hear walking, chairs scraping, patio doors rolling open and even talking! We had people above us the entire time, two different sets of renters one worse than the other. Our feet were filthy and found out it was from the floor in the apartment. Very happy they had a Shark steam mop, we used it and after that didn’t have any issues with our feet and socks getting black. Then there were the cockroaches, found a new one just about everyday, one crawled in my makeup bag! 6 total! I have not had issues in other rental units. Lastly the beds were super uncomfortable, hard and squeaky with rough sheets. Other than that we enjoyed the place, the bikes were fun, but only 2 of them. The look of the Condo is pretty, but not relaxing.

Outstanding

We arrived a little early and were allowed to enter the property at that time! We were exhausted from a long day travel so it was helpful to be able to get it and relax. I loved the email on day 2 of just checking in on us to make sure we were satisfied with the property and the condo was perfect!

Memorial Day Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this rental. All the extra beach items were fantastic and really added to our trip. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location too. We highly recommend it.

Great Vacay!

It was a great rental with all the supplies for the beach readily available. Lots of options within walking and driving distance. This area seems to be a hidden gem not too crowded.

Great Place!

This place was perfect for our family of four. Lots of space, two full baths, nicely decorated, very clean, large garage stocked with a grill and beach/water items. Location was perfect - 5 min walk to the beach and far enough away from the crowds and hustle of Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach, but still did not feel isolated. Nice deck in the back overlooking the water (Narrows, not the Gulf) where you can look for dolphins or fish. Not many negatives here, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome vacation!

The condo was clean, well furnished and has a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. The weather was perfect! We did not have our early access code when we arrived, but we called the after hours number and were able to access the condo early as promised. One hiccup of the week was the water was shut off temporarily without warning. Since we had a formal event to attend in Tampa, the repairs were quickly made and the water was turned back on in time for us to make our event. It's a short walk to the beach and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed our stay in your spotless, elegant,comfortable condo. We have just praises and no complains. One of the best, by far, places we stayed in Florida. We will definitely return!

Beautiful condo on the water

Absolutely loved this place! Was able to sit on the balcony every day and watch all the wild life (dolphin, manatee, sting Ray and tons of diff birds) The condo it’s self was gorgeous, we loved all the amenities provided such as Grill, floaties, finishing poles, beach umbrella, chairs and beach cart. We def recommend this home and will be back to stay again in the future ❤️

Mariner’s 701

It is a lovely property with a great view. Close to the beach with a garage full of toys and beach supplies. Had trouble with the key pad - property management helped us solve that. Hopefully before our next stay that key pad will be replaced. All in all a great place to stay.

Rest and relaxing

The property was fantastic. No issues. Balcony was great for watching boats and dolphins. Fishing off the dock while unsuccessful was a lot of fun. Hopefully we can go back again next year.

Great location!

The condo was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw orcas and dolphins playing in the water. It was a short walk to the beach and everything we needed was provided in the garage. We grilled two times during our stay and really appreciated that the propane was already there. My granddaughter enjoyed LuLu's ice cream right next door. She also enjoyed the beautiful pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a great stay

Kayaks were great on the beach and canal, grill was handy to make a steak, beach stuff was very useful! Bikes were great to explore the neighborhood. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The place is big and clean. Thank you!
