Although this property is spacious it should not be listed as a luxury property. Very poorly maintained inside and outside! Leaking and water stained ceiling causing bathroom door casing to be warped and not closing, landscaping full of debris and weeds, pile of rubble on basketball court, and numerous safety concerns. Pool is heated year round and cannot be turned off! Pool was hot! All these concerns were given to management team DesignVR immediately on our return and we have heard nothing back from them.
