Communication with Dylan was excellent. The house was well stocked with all the essentials -- toilet paper, soap (hand, dishwasher, washing machine). It was so nice to have included the grill & propane, and heat for the pool and hot tub. Grandkids (ages 13-27) and their parents loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, and fireplace with lots of sticks already trimmed for marshmallows. We got great family photos against the colorful murals outside. Plenty of room and TVs inside, and wifi was fast even with so many users. The kids made good use of the basketball court, a short walk from the house. Adults drank coffee and watched them from upstairs porch. At least 3 Publixes were within a 5-minute drive, so we didn't lack for anything. The cute neighborhood was walkable, including to breakfast at Benedict's (twice) and New Year's Eve dinner at Aroma Indian restaurant. A special treat for New Year's was walking through the lighted trees at Largo Central Park, a 5-minute walk from the house. We parked at Sand Key Park for the beach and fabulous sunsets. Thank you, Dylan, for making our family reunion so memorable.
