Perfect location

Our house was clean, well appointed, charming, and perfectly situated! With traffic during snowbird season so busy and crowded it was delightful to be able to walk to so many interesting places - restaurants, visitors center, museums, and parks. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Location and Home

Loved our stay at the little bungalow! Had plenty of space in the living room/kitchen and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you may need which was a really nice touch! The outdoor space was great for enjoying morning coffee and we were able to walk to so many places from the front door. Loved it!

Tarpon Charmer!

This is a coastal inspired gem. So cozy with the high ceilings and coastal colors with white tonal paint it makes you feel like your walking into a beachy summer breeze on the ocean! I love this house! To top it off you are located in the old historic district and not far from the waterfront shopping and restaurant district. You can walk anywhere from here. Lots to see and do! The home is well appointed but the best part about it all is your guest host Sophia! She is wonderful and always there if you need her. Tarpon Springs is an old and new exciting place to visit and this is one of the best places to stay we have found in this area!

Our stay at the Tarpon Springs cottage was awesome. Sophia was so pleasant, professional and amazing. Everything was better than expected. This was a phenomenal place, and we couldn't have had a better host.

Family weekend get away!

The place was clean and well maintained. About two blocks away from downtown stores and bars. About 15 minutes walk to the sponge dock. We loved this place.

The perfect lodging for a visit to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater FL

Nicely furnished home in great neighborhood. Cobblestone street walkable to downtown and also the sponge docks. Enormous fenced in back yard that was perfect for our aging Jack Russell Rescue dog. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed here 2 weeks and loved it. The location is easily walkable to everything. The house is very clean and spacious. Large back yard as well. Sophia, the property manager was very helpful and on top of everything from check in to check out!

Perfect cottage, much bigger than you would imaging from the outside. Furnishings were very tasteful & pleasing. Very comfortable & spacious. The backyard was quite nice for our dogs. Perfect location, close to downtown, drive to beach causeway. Wonderful, quaint neighborhoods with lovely, restored homes. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Sophia for your prompt responses & friendly messages…you made this an even better experience!

The cottage was adorable. It was vintage on the outside but modern on the inside. Ultra clean, comfortable and close to everything. We only used our car on one occasion and walked everywhere. We will definitely go bsck for another stay there.

Wonderful stay with the pups and parents. Large backyard and short walk to the park. Clean and great location. Perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Will stay here again
