Great location and a lot of little extras!

Great location on SPB. The unit is immaculate and well-kept. A lot of thought has gone into the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and even some games. There is a great ocean view. The only inconvenience is that the closest Publix is closed, but there are other shopping alternatives within a reasonable distance. There are good restaurants within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better rental and base camp as we were in town for a weekend wedding. The unit would be great for all family types, especially with its proximity to the elevator. Thank you again for a great stay.

New Year on the beach!

This is a great property for a family. We had our two teens with us and they had their own room and bathroom. Steps from the beach and the pool, the location is fantastic. Great beach gear setup as well. Kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensil you could want. Although we didn’t use, there are grills to use down near the pool. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Could see fireworks from the beach down in Treasure Island at midnight along with a wonderful display from a few doors down. Great way to start 2025!

My family and I loved the place. Location is convenient for everything, it was very clean, very nicely decorated. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family Getaway

We had a great time in St Pete staying at this property. It was nice to have supplied beach items, the master bed was comfortable with a nice shower. There is lots of seating for the family and you can see the beach from the balcony. The beach area was pretty quiet and there are 2 beach side bars nearby if you want a drink. The beach chairs are showing their wear and tear and should be replaced soon but it’s great to have them and an umbrella included when flying into the area.

Short Family Stay

A bit of confusion at check-in but it was resolved quickly. The cleaning crew did not excite as used baby diapers were left in a kitchen garbage bin. Instead of making a big deal out of it I just removed them as the smell wasn't really inviting, the rest of the apartment was clean. Perfectly situated, we loved the proximity to everything. The property states no dogs. I love dogs. I have one but didn't bring the dog due to the rules. While we were there there was multiple parties with dogs. When I asked about them at the office I was told they are support dogs and that documentation was available. I know a support dog from just a pet even though the pet can wear a vest. Whom are we kidding here. Tho

This property was amazing! We were so impressed with the unit. It was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the property was completely updated. The location was on the quieter end of St Pete Beach, so the beach was not even crowded. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in the perfect beach vacation.

Place was amazing and plenty of room for family of 4. Extremely clean (Big critic on being clean) outside and in. Staff communicated great and very friendly. Perfect location and only steps from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs to use. Comfortable bed and couch. First time visiting the west coast and will definitely use this location again. Made our week vacation very memorable and enjoyable. Pool was also a hit for the kids. The explanation of the location was even better than described in the details.

We enjoyed our time in the condo and at the property. Everything was as described. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, pool which was very warm (heated), hot tub, and beach. We had a car but wasn’t really needed… so much close by and we used the sun catcher bus to go downtown St Petersburg.

Beautiful Location

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Get to walk out on the patio see the ocean and sunsets. Pool/hot tub was amazing after a day at the beach. Will be back again!!

Limited View from unit

This unit is clean and updated, however be careful with the language used throughout the description that it is beachfront. The building is beach front, however the unit itself is not. The actual view of the beach from the unit itself is quite limited, the beach is only visibile from the angle while on the balcony. There is only a view of the parking lot and adjacent building while in side the unit. This is a side facing condo with a restricted view. In additon, the hot tub did not work the entire week we were there. The weather was poor during our stay in mid january, very cold and windy, but we had hoped to sit in the unit and enjoy a view of the beach or use the hot tub. Neither of these were available.

Great place and location. Clean!!

This condo is as clean as the rest of the reviews say it is! The unit is newly renovated as well. We enjoyed our stay with all the comforts and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and beachfront location make this the best spot for your stay in St. Pete. There was a leak while we stayed, which was promptly repaired. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful vacation! This property was exceptionally nice and clean with Walgreens, Publix and Dollar Tree close by. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed waffles in the waffle maker one morning and we had coffee/tea every morning. This property is directly across from the elevator which was very nice. The area was nice and quiet. I especially enjoyed the hot tub in the morning after walking on the beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property!!
