Great place in a great location

Property was very clean, looked newly renovated inside, nice common area and open kitchen for family, beds comfortable Not too far from trolley stop 1, if you have trolley tickets you can usually park there for free for the day you have the tickets. About a 5 min driveish to stop 1 from the house. All in all great spot 5minish dd

Lovely property

We had a large family group (11 in all) and didn’t feel crowded at all. Everyone had space day and night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need (besides food of course) as were the bathrooms. The property is a great size and the neighborhood is super cute. (We had our dog with us so we enjoyed a few walks.) The only, minor, points for me are the water pressure in the upstairs hall shower is very low. My husband and sons didn’t mind but my hair is long and thick, I ended up dunking my head under the tub spout. Also, I wish there was some lighting outside in the side yard but again probably only cause we had to take the dog out. We enjoyed the house.

Spacious and close to downtown

Great place to stay that’s less than 10 min from downtown. Was very spacious and clean! Host was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay there again when visiting St. Augustine!

Great Stay - Highly Recommend

This house is a great find! Very clean and accommodating. Located at the end of a street, this house is a nice, hidden gem that is very close to St George street. Our group had ages ranging from 6 years old to 72 years old - everyone had a great stay and was very comfortable. The owners went above and beyond in providing toiletries, cleaning supplies, coffee setup, etc… Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing and clean

We enjoyed our stay. Proximity to town was great and house was clean. The beds were a bit squeaky and living room furniture not all that comfortable but we still had a great stay and would visit again.

Ok stay

The house is in a good location. Beautiful and spacious. There was a problem with the bathroom at the lower room. It backed up and it was leaking some sewer gas on the room adjacent to it. We didn’t notice it the first night but we did the second night and I almost couldn’t sleep. There’s not enough mirrors for women and we were only 8 people in the group with 5 being women. The house is advertised for 12 people. It is clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I can’t say I will stay there again .

Southern Belle

We were in St Augustine for my daughter's wedding and found this house. We liked it from the first time we saw it online and it didn't disappoint when we arrived. It was big enough plus room to spare for 8 of us. I would have like to have used the fire pit due to the cold rainy days and nights but there was no propane tanks available. Aside from not having some minor things in the kitchen everything worked out great and would be more than happy to stay there again.

The property was just as described. It was great for our family reunion of 7 people. It was very clean; everything was in working order and communication with the property manager was excellent. We spent time in Old St Agustine, went over the bridge to the beach and spent quality time in a lovely home. Perfect 5 Stars

Perfect vacation get away!

We stayed here while visiting family and the location is perfect! It’s right down the road from all of the local attractions, restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The house is beautiful and was very clean too. The driveway is big enough to fit 5 cars if needed. The yard is big so it’s great for kids to have a place to run around and play. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in St. Augustine, FL. The only “issue” we had was that one of the dining table chairs leg was wobbly and seemed ready to break so we placed it in the garage during our stay so it didn’t get damaged but there is plenty of kitchen and living room seating so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall a beautiful home in perfect proximity to anywhere you may want to go!
