Perfect for a couple and their dog. Bed was nice, tv nice, shower nice, little kitchen area nice…unfortunately we were not able to sit outside (too cold), but the deck was very nice! Walking distance to the historical district. When we come back to St.Augustine we will definitely stay here!

Lovely place

Super cute. Excellent location. Bikes need some service but there was a bunch of them and very convenient. Loved the front porch. Bed was very comfortable. Disappointed there wasn’t a stove or hot plate, but not a deal breaker. Great price, location, and stay.

Comfortable Cute First Floor Apt

Very nice, comfortable room in an older home. Access from the street. Nice porch out back in fenced-in yard shared with other guests. Good location to walk around a lovely neighborhood. Nicely decorated.

Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here during our recent trip to St. Augustine. The room was warm and welcoming and had all of the amenities we needed & more (mini fridge, coffee machine, dishes, pans, etc.)! The home is about a 10min walk to St. George St and all the happenings in town. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch with our dog and our coffee in the mornings too. Parking is a little tight but that’s to be expected in St. Augustine, however we had no issues with the street parking. We hope to be back again!

Light in St. Augustine

The unit was nice and clean. Cute place with a nice front/back porch with a yard but not completely fenced in. Within walking distance to downtown made it easy to enjoy your time and not have to find parking. Not far from the beach within a few miles to drive. We really enjoyed out time at the unit and will go back.

Short Walk to all the action

Such a lovely property. It was nicely situated on a quiet historic street. For my husband and I, it was a quick walk to downtown area. We love St. Augustine, so much history and beautiful architecture. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay! I visit florida recently and when coming back St. Augustine I’ll be looking to rent this place again. Can’t ask for much more everything was perfect highly recommend giving it a shot!

Nice place, quiet

This is a nice, clean room. The neighborhood is quiet and it is only 1 block off of U.S. 1. Thant being said, you are a 10-15 minute hot or rainy walk to the historic district. The edge of the historic district. Another 5 minutes to the center. At night the walk home can be dark and a little frightening, since you don’t know the neighborhood. Parking is a pain, but if you’re lucky you will find a place on the street. If you ARE lucky, my advice is DON’T move your vehicle until you are ready to pack up and leave.

Always a great stay

This is the third time staying at this property. each time we have stayed in a different unit. This place is very clean, comfortable beds, cute yard and patio in back. i love how close it it to at George street, making it very easy to get around without having to drive . i highly recommend this property!
