Great Long Weekend

Our stay was great. It was convenient for walking to small shops, the beach, several good restaurants. Or you could just stay at the house and enjoy the pool area. The kids loved the slide and waterfall.

Great location for family beach trip

Overall this was a great house in a great location, easily walkable to a beach access and the market and shops. The pool with the water slide was so much fun and we spent a ton of time in it every afternoon! Communication was great with the property managers and the house was clean. There were some minor flaws with the house but nothing that impacted our experience too much. One thing to mention is the lack of shade in the backyard outside of the pool itself. We had a pop up tent that we left up for the full week that was crucial!

Fun Pool Great Location

The pool, spa, slide and rock jump were so much fun for my teens. The location is great. Very close to the village for shopping and food. The walk to beach is a little long but doable. We rented a golf cart so that made things easier. I will say that its time for the owner to replace update a few things....the beach chairs need replacing. The shower curtains had mold. Some of the dressers need to be replaced, drawers falling apart. We did have some maintenance request and they responded right away. And, take note, in the upstairs bedrooms, you either get a closet or a dresser, not both. We stayed just one person per room but I could see it getting tight with multiple people per room. Most all rooms have their own bath so that's a big bonus.

Perfect getaway

We had our large family stay here and it was our first visit to this area. We fell in love with Suesya Key and will be back! The house is amazing and close to a quaint little beach town and the beach. Highly recommend!

Ideal location but…

Perfect location, nice pool area & very responsive management group! I say *but* because this house does not sleep 19 people as advertised. There are beds for 15, including the full twin bunk bed holding 4 people and the twin bunk bed trundle bed sleeping 3. They say there is a pull out sofa for 2 more but there is no space to use this bed. If you open sofa bed you lose entire family gathering space. Living area is very tight for 17 people. Outdoor grill needs replacing, dishwasher was moldy and did not clean well, and hot water in annex room did not work. Side by side fridge is small for large group (bring coolers & buy ice). Beds were comfy, AC worked great, washer/dryer worked well, updated bathrooms & plenty of towels! Management group responded quickly to all questions, requests for blankets, etc. Truly perfect location! Walk to beach or town in minutes. Pool area ideal for all ages. Siesta Key is beautiful and welcoming!

Fun on Siesta Key

The whole family had a great time. The pool was great, and the beach was just minutes away. The village was too, and the market even closer. It was very nice and handy. We rented a scooter and a Barbe car for the older girls. It was hilarious. Everyone loved it.

Girls Getaway

This was the perfect place for a girls getaway. Walking distance to beach accesses and multiple restaurants. Plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. The best part was hanging out by the pool. Perfect oasis.

Our experience was great! The only thing that cpuldve helped our stay was lights in the pool. Maintence was due to come out but had a emergency and couldnt make it.

A great house, except for a few things

This is a beautiful house with a great location that is close to the beach and Siesta Key Village! It was quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had sand all over the floor when we arrived, but we are at the beach, so we weren’t too bothered by that. Be aware that the pictures online show that there is one kids room with a set of bunk beds and another with two sets of bunk beds. When we arrived, we found there isn’t a room with two sets of bunk beds, so we were short beds for our kids. That was frustrating. The hot tub doesn’t work and while management was very responsive, the videos they sent didn’t help us fix it. And the last thing we wanted to do was spend our vacation trying to figure out what was wrong with the hot tub. So we just didn’t use the hot tub. We had a great vacation staying here, just be aware there aren’t as many kids beds as listed.

40th Birthday Getaway

We had a couples getaway for a 40th birthday and this location and house was perfect!!! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was amazing and the amenities were perfect. We walked to everything - bars, restaurants, the market and the liquor store. Would stay here again!

Beautiful pictures, poorly maintained house.

When we checked in with our kids they went right out to the pool which was really nice. However, after a neighbor complained at 6:30pm of the noise we were making. We went in to use 2 of the bathrooms and noticed significant amounts of black mold. It was only 6:40pm and very difficult to get through to the management company. Needless to say they offered to send a cleaner in the morning but this wasn’t a cleaning issue this was a maintenance issue - the mold was on the sheet rock in one bathroom and the entire shower grout in another bathroom. It was there long term and ignored. Needless to say we re-packed our bags that night and checked out first thing in the morning. Currently trying to work on getting a refund on the exorbitant fees but management company is not being responsive. Would not recommend this place. Not properly maintained. Stay away!

Great stay in a great house! Worked perfect for our family!

The house was comfortable and perfect for our family's needs while vacationing on Siesta Key. The kids spent hours every day in the pool and on the water slide! We would definitely recommend the house to other large groups.

Beautiful house and wonderful location.

Great location for the beach and walking to restaurants and shops. The pool was used by all and the teens loved the slide and waterfall. Only complaint would be the mattresses seemed worn out.

Beds need replaced, lacking some things you need to cook with, I dont feel I should buy all I need to stay in a house, that is why we stay in a house...for the convenience.

Siesta Key Escape

We were absolutely thrilled at the property and the fantastic time we had here. Close to the beach. Close to the town. We could not have had a better time. Would highly recommend.
