The amenities stood out, this house is built to handle a lot of guests and we really appreciated that every bedroom has a full bathroom as well as a TV. I like to sleep with a fan on and found that some of the rooms had a floor fan available in the closet. Folding luggage stands were also available. The kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils along with all the appliances you would expect.

Siesta Village

This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit were pretty bad so I recommend bringing lots of spray and candles to keep the pool area usable. I would 100% stay here again

Great Location, Great Property

This house is perfect for large groups with its many living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The HUGE jacuzzi on the porch is A. Huge TV screens everywhere, even outside.The location is very convenient with a short walk to both the beach and restaurants, shops, etc. The beach is awesome! We had a great time and highly recommend!

Amazing 4 days before Hurricane Helene stopped by.

We had 5 couples and this house was perfect. House was beautiful and plenty of space....we never felt on top of each other. The backyard was such a great place to hang out after the beach. Unfortunately, we were booked Sat-Fri and on Tuesday night received the message we needed to evacuate due to the hurricane. Obviously, that killed our Tuesday night, and we were up and on the road Wednesday morning at 6am! Until then we had a perfect quick trip but had to head inland and find another rental. Perfect house, Perfect location, Perfect town! I can't wait to come back and hope you didn't receive much damage.

Amazing birthday trip!

It was my 50th birthday and the place was amazing! Contacted management for a few questions and they responded immediately. I will definitely rent again and certainlt recommend this property. Thank you for a memorable trip!

A little bit of paradise

Although we had some issues with the automatic garage door and the kitchen refrigerator and the sliding glass doors off the kitchen...maintenance was quick to come out and make the adjustments....but the sliding door continued to give us fits. However, we did not let this ruin our vacation. Super great location where we did not to fight for parking when walking to the beach or the village square. We totatlly enjoyed our stay.

EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS

Amazing stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better house. Clean, neat, amazing pool and accommodations, they basically provide everything. The rooftop view over looks the beach and the house has numerous balconies and outside space. The location is a block from the beach and a few minute walk to downtown siesta key. I have nothing but praise for this property and the property manager.

Nothing short of fantastic!

My husband and I and our four adult children with their significant others came from four states across the US to Siesta Key. This house was AMAZING. It had six nice sized bedrooms all with private bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the top to floors. There were two living rooms, a poker table and ping pong table, a private pool with slide and a hot tub, two refrigerators, beach chairs, a wagon and beach towels, all of the bath towels you would need and a starter supply of items for the bathroom. The house is a one minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk into siesta keys shops and restaurants. We didn't need an Uber other than to do a big grocery list (there is a smaller market within walking distance though) and to get to and from the airport. It was just perfect for us and we'd love to meet up there again some day!

Heaven!

My sisters, my college-age daughters and their friends joined me for a week at the house. It was an outstanding location to vacation. The house was fantastic in every way. The layout makes it easy to have fun even on a windy rainy day, there is always the hot tub, ping pong table or game table. It could not have been better. I highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation proprty

Our family of 10 found the property AWESOME! With three families and small children we each were able to have a zone to occupy. The property was close to the beach and to Siesta Village; making play time and dinner time so easy. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the memories Shel-a-brate

Great Location!

Great House and as listed! Not sure it’s worth the price tag but some of that was just bad luck with weather! Limited supplies - Missing a broom and a few essential kitchen items that we would have liked to have since we made food for the group several meals!

Great House & Perfect Location but two suggestions

Wonderful house and location. Perfect. Only comment would be to add a few things for beach use as well as transportation. I would suggest adding beach umbrellas and a few balls/Frisbees. Second....add two bikes. Other that that the house was wonderful. Oh and....be sure to give the hot tub 30 to 45 minutes heat up.

Piece of heaven

Red tide ruined a few of our days. So lucky to have had this home to be in and the gorgeous Pool/hot tub to enjoy. Only downsides is it has zero sun by the pool and kitchen utensils were cheap feeling for such an expensive house!
