Spacious, Luxurious and Close to the Beach

This is a spectacular home with plenty of room and an amazing pool! We had 5 adults and two children and could have easily accomodated more. Everyone loved the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and village.

Our stay was great very limited necessities in the home. No salt/pepper or just common things you would use, just very bare. Very clean, very spacious and it was great for everyone to basically have their own bathrooms. The pool was amazing our kids loved it.

We LOVED our stay here. We were cancelled from another property 2 days prior to us leaving and Prime Vactions had the perfect house. The ONLY issue was that there were two men that came into the house 3 hours before we needed to leave, didn’t introduce themselves and quickly left.

Close to everything

Great family trip at On The Rocks! Perfect in town location with a quick walk to shops, restaurants and beach. The pool/slide in the back yard was a big hit with the kids! Thanks to the property management team for quick responses on check in and check out. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Great Stay at Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at this property in Siesta Key. We couldn’t get our kids out of the pool with the awesome slide long enough to even go to the beach. Very walkable to Siesta Key Village and all of the restaurants and entertainment there and very close to the beach.

Beautiful home!!!

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 8. The backyard and pool area was so accomodating and the younger adults had so much fun. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house, and the village area is right down the street. We would definitely recommend this home. The management company was extremely responsive and took care of every question/need in an expeditious manner. The entire experience was amazing.

Family Vacation 2023

This house was everything it said it was! The king suits were large and large enough to also put pack and plays in for our new little family members! The bunk room held 5 of the grandkids comfortably and had room to play in. So we had 8 adults and 8 kids in the bedrooms more than comfortably! The beds were comfortable and clean and all had their own attached bathrooms which were all large and very clean! The front of the house was large enough for all of us to gather in while eating and hanging out. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for any cooking we did. The pool area and backyard was absolutely perfection! The kids and adults loved the slide and waterfall, day and night! There was tons of space for all of the adults to sit and hang out and soak up the sun while watching small kids play in the water! There were also many games of putt putt played during the week! The location of this house could not be more perfect also! The beach was a 5 minute walk at the most! We could walk to most any place to eat in 3 to 5 minutes. But you never would have known how close you were because when outside it was quiet! It was so perfect for our group with 8 kids under 9 years of age. You could load up a couple wagons and walk to the beach or dinner in minutes, we only used the rental cars basically to get groceries. We spent most days pool side, load the wagons around 4, walk by the daiquiris deck, then head to the beach for fun! We will rent again for sure!

Beautiful Home

The house and location were just as described. The pool and hot tub are great, beach is very close, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and restaurants just around the corner. There were a few issues with the check in process I was not completely happy with. I booked this property on Jan 3 with an arrival date of Jan 7. The initial communication I received on Jan 3 from the rental company explained that since that a booking this close to arrival would require a pic of my drivers license and credit card which would be requested through a separate email. I received the booking confirmation, rental agreement, receipt for payment charged to my card, welcome letter, etc. on Jan 4, but no request for additional information. I thought everything must be OK- my booking was confirmed, my credit card was charged, they welcomed me and wished me well on my stay. The day of my check in as I'm driving to Siesta Key I decide to stop and check my email one more time- not something I would normally do as I'm flying / driving to my vacation location. I see that I have an email received at 11:15 am on the day of my stay explaining that I must reply immediately with my license and credit card pictures or I would not be allowed to stay.....why did they wait until the day I'm supposed to check in to send this email I wonder? I reply to the email with the info and continue on my way. An hour later, there had been no response so I called and was put in touch with a rep who gave me her personal business email address to send the info to. There were no issues with the stay and we enjoyed the home, but at least in my case the check in process could be improved.

Great location

We were there for a girls trip. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious and beautiful. The staff was always available, and responded quickly for questions. There was a few issues with cleanliness with a bathroom, and the outside area. They offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but we just cleaned it up ourselves.
