Super close to Main Street and beach. 5 minute walk. Only negative is the house has zero condiments, spices or anything you might need for cooking other than pots, utensils etc.

Incredible location. Property was exactly as advertised and slept 12 of us comfortably. We usually stay on Siesta Key almost every Labor Day and this was by far the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Walkable to everything, we didn’t use our cars once. And the pool was an incredible bonus. The property manager was amazing with communication and we faced zero issues. We will for sure be back again!

Great location for a family with 3 sons in their 20's. Walk to everything. Both bunks are singles, a little tight for guys 6', but they got over it. Very easy check in & check out process. Never had any issues with noise from the bars that are close by. The hot water was a little wanky at times, but to be expected at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean home, good location

The home was nice and clean; comfortable beds. Definitely walkable to the beach and to several shops and restaurants. A little noisy area with some of the bars & restaurants nearby playing music but every night (except the first) everything was quiet by 10ish. Enjoyed our stay for sure. Would recommend.

Checkin at 4pm and checkout at 10am seems tight. Also, seems to be a pretty bad gnat problem coming out of the sinks. Other than that, great.

Best location

This is the absolute best location. We never used our car once. You can walk to every shop, restaurant, super market, and the beach is 2 blocks away. It was just so incredibly convenient, while still being quiet! We have with young kids with early bedtimes and had no issues with them going to sleep early due to noise. Loved that the place came with a beach wagon, 3 beach chairs and a cooler. The pool area is perfect. The house was just what we needed for our family vacation!

Great location

The house was fantastic for our family (teens, young adults). Inside, all fresh and new! Perfect location - few minutes walk to beach and village restaurants. No need for car or golf cart. Simple bungalow layout but all you need for a great vacation in Siesta Key!!

PERFECTION for family time

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY. As a busy family, we needed a decompression trip badly. This place was perfect; very clean interior, great backyard/ pool area and PERFECT location (though it’s not beach side, it’s just a block away from all the food and action in the Village, and short walk to access various beaches). The condo had plenty of room for a family of four (two very energetic and active teen boys), to live comfortably for a week without stepping all over one another. Could not have asked for a better location to be close enough to the action and ocean, but still have our privacy and quiet when needed. .

May Trip

We had 12 girls staying at the property and you can’t beat the location and having a pool. It was a quick walk to the beach or siesta key village. The property manager was very responsive via text and let us know when we could check in. The property was clean and we had no issues and it was appreciated 12 beach towels were provided.

Christmas visit

We used this as homebase while visiting family in area for Christmas. The only drawbacks: rats, in trees, all over scared us into house on first evening. The door code didn't work on arrival. Since it was Christmas it wasn't a very quick response when you are standing in the pouring rain. But the keylock was clutch. And the maintenance crew came out first thing to fix. They were very responsive, and checked back in. The location of this place was phenomenal! Walking distance to everything!

Perfect vacation home

Location was amazing. Owners thought of everything you need. Full kitchen, with everything you need, wagon and beach chairs, plenty of beach and bath towels. Very spacious with awesome pool and patio. We all loved vacationing here and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful pool and house

It is a beautiful house in a perfect location!! Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach!! I loved the privacy of the pool surrounded by trees and a fence. The only problem we had with the whole stay was the front king bedroom gets pretty hot! But they had an extra box fan in the house so that helped. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Winter family get away

Great Location and very clean house. We had a 16 month old with us so I can’t say it was the best house for family with small kids due to no screen doors etc and no supplies for children. Also house only came with 3 beach chairs and no umbrella which made going to the beach alittle trying unless you wanted to rent everything. Though there were some disappointments we did love the siesta key area and will return to this amazing beach town.

Wonderful stay

The property company was wonderful. Any question or request we had received an immediate response. We loved our stay! Pool was great. House was laid out nicely for everyone to have some privacy. Could walk to everything!

great vacation spot

We love Siesta Key. This property is very close to the village area that is very lively and busy. Great for those who want to go out to restaurants, party or hear live music. The house was very clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor TV was a bonus for music and watching football. Loved the outdoor games too. Covid prevents anything left in the cupboard for sharing, so spices, condiments, plastic wrap, alum foil, etc are non-existent. A bit more TP, dishwasher soap and other sundries would have been appreciated. Plastic food storage containers and ice cube trays would be a welcome addition. Most things for basic cooking are there. Very short walk to the beach. Overall a great house. Next time we will stay a little farther from town.
