"Such a beautiful home with all stated amenities. The community was beautiful and quiet. Our only complaint was the 0.5 mile walk to the beach and the 4 flights of stairs that you had to go down to get to the beach. Overall the home, beaches, shopping, and food were all fabulous! "Beautiful condo with large balcony. Immaculately clean. The building only has 24 condos so its not crowded at any time. The loft bedroom is a very cool touch. But, be aware that there are lots of stairs from beach (about 30 to condo) and this unit is on 3rd floor (another 30-40 from ground to 3rd floor) and then another 12 stairs to the loft. "We spent five glorious days and 6 wonderful nights at Joy on the beach. This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home and we could not have been happier. "This property had lots of space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, reading on the screened in porch and sitting on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only shortcoming was the more than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach and the 53 steps down to access the beach (and back up on the way home). That's a little far with a one year old. We quickly purged items we decided we're not a necessity to carry to the beach. The beach was beautiful!"

"This was the perfect little house for our week long vacation with our 4 mo old son. The two bed/ two bath was the perfect space. We spent most of our time on the back deck grilling and overlooking the pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. Would recommend Dillon's if you prefer to rent chairs at the beach but Jason has some sand chairs and umbrellas for use. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again."

"The house was a perfect set up with all the things we needed for Thanksgiving. It was well stocked in the kitchen. Very clean. The only complaint I would have is the guest house door didn't work to get from upstairs/downstairs/pool side. And the A/C-heat didn't work upstairs in the guest house. It would get very hot up there during the day so in the hotter months it would be miserable, but November temps made it bearable. The heated pool was AMAZING! The kids loved it."

"We had an excellent stay at LUV by the sea. Everything with the house was great. It was an easy walk to the beach and the cart provided was a huge help in carrying down all of our chairs and toys. We took the short drives over to Seaside and Rosemary for dinners. We also utilized the bikes to ride down to Rosemary as well. Overall, this house worked great for our two families."

"We loved our stay in Seacrest. It was our first time to the area and we will definitely return.The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. We stayed here with 3 families and it worked out great; each family basically got their own floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The location was also perfect. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"We all loved this house! Ryan might be the quickest replying host we've ever had. The house was so close to the private beach and we loved the private pool when the kids were napping or if we wanted more shade. The AC worked amazingly and having the patio was a huge plus. We loved grilling on the grill and having plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants. We all said we’d look up this house again when we come back!"
