This place was awesome! The proximity to the beach, shops & restaurants was great! Being able to ride the bikes to everything was also a nice bonus. A couple maintenance notes: the water drains slowly & the fan controls didnt work properly.

Great place right on the beach. Conveniently located in between Rosemary Beach and Seaside areas. Would stay here again for sure.

Spectacular views

Enjoyed having coffee on the deck and cocktails under the moon and stars. Views were phenomenal. Yes, lots of steps, but we loved the location.

Great Location and Comfortable Accommodations

What a great spot for my family to spend some time with my parents and get them some time with their grandchildren! Four adults and two kids were a perfect fit. We biked every day and found a bunch of fantastic restaurants and shops within biking distance. Beach was amazing and plenty of things to do when the weather didn’t cooperate. Would love to stay here again.

Great Unit and View

This unit was extremely clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and the bathrooms are incredible. Master suit is great, looks like one out of a magazine. Guest bedroom and bathroom are very nice as well. Unit also has a new washer and dryer. Would stay here again!

The location is great with beautiful gulf views. Both bathrooms are beautifully updated. Great size for 2-4 people. Only down side is the complex doesn’t have elevators so hauling luggage up to the top wasn’t fun.

Beautiful vacation

Loved the property. As described. Didn’t mind the stairs. Only downfall I would say is location. It took a while to get anywhere. Understandable though with it being the busiest time of year. Just wish it was closer to more good restaurants. 10/10 would stay again.

Everything we expected

We knew going in based on other reviews what to expect. That expectation was ton of stairs,a slanted deck, and next to building was a public beach access. We went up and down everyday without issue, we spent a ton of time on the sloped deck, beach service attendant helped manage the beach area keeping kids and tents off to the side. The unit had great ceiling fans, beds were great, shower/water pressure was perfect, washer/dryer were brand new. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful View

Loved the view and location. Furniture is showing signs of wear. Downstairs bedroom carpet is stained and in need of a deep cleaning or replaced. The property is in need of a bigger bike rack as it was full while we were there. Would we book the property again? Yes.

Vacation

We loved our stay. The only issue was checking in. Neither of the door codes worked and the customer no service that answered the phone was zero help. Need to have people that speak clear English on the other end of the phone. My husband finally was able to contact the property management for a new code but we stood in front of the door for over 30 minutes with out luggage in the heat.

Best birthday beach trip

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time to the area and we weren't sure what to expect. The condo was comfortable and not too small. All 6 of us fit well. My kids slept on the pull out couch, the top bunk bed was a little small for my 11 year old. The bathrooms were very nice and luxurious. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs. This was kind of a plus, it was like getting in a mini work out, going from the beach up to the 3rd level. Our parents had no issues, the stairs are solid, just a lot of them. There are many delicious restaurants and cafe's with in 10 minutes and Publix was nearby too. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The lack of little things counts

Always had good experiences with VRBO, except for this one. blame is with management co. We were at least warned there would only be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no hairdryers. The toilet paper was not only limited, but of he poorest quality. Not a single salt and pepper packet, or sugar, or creamer, or coffee, or starter kit of laundry detergent. One TV never worked, and they didn't fix it. These basic amenities can be found at the cheapest motel rooms. For over $600 a night, we expected better service.
